Hearing the student say his father had been in a car crash, the teacher was startled. He quickly asked about the situation before comforting the boy. "Don't panic. Hurry to the hospital. I'll write you a leave slip right now. Call me if you need anything."
SCRATCH, SCRATCH. The teacher quickly filled out the slip and handed it over. "Go on, hurry."
"Thank you, sir!" the boy bowed. Slip in hand, he turned and walked out.
The moment he stepped out of the office, the sorrow on his face vanished, replaced by a beaming grin. He pulled out his phone, making a call as he walked. "The teacher approved my leave. Meet me at the internet cafe by the gate. Five on five later—I'm gonna beat the living daylights out of them today."
Iris Dalton, who had been hesitating and debating what to do, was left speechless. She couldn't believe someone could actually pull that off. Note taken!
