He insisted on going to a pedestrian overpass, as if waiting for someone. The road beneath the overpass was under construction. On the overpass, the old man took another call, then tumbled off, his body impaled on a sharp steel rebar. After being rushed to the hospital and undergoing ten hours of emergency treatment, he passed away.
After hearing the report, he had a bad feeling and ran upstairs. Sure enough, he saw Stella Lockwood being bullied by the Vaughns.
