Seraphina Sterling was in high spirits. Even the scorching sun she despised wasn't as glaring as usual. 'Shelby Fenton dug a hole for herself and jumped right in! People like that are a rare breed these days! I wonder if things are going as smoothly for Genevieve.' Just as Seraphina was about to make a call, her phone rang.
"Wyatt Gallagher, what's up?"
"Sounds like you're in a good mood!" Wyatt Gallagher chuckled. Even through the phone, the warmth in his laugh was undeniable. 'Not like a certain someone else, who's arrogant, domineering, and as cunning as a fox.'
"Pretty good! What's this about?"
"I have good news and bad news. Which do you want to hear first?"
"The bad news!"
"The bad news is that Sutton Jewelry didn't go bankrupt like you expected."
