Tempest could feel her body shaking.
A result from all the adrenaline pumping through her veins.
She was really getting very tired of being attacked.
And to think she'd spent most of her life on earth avoiding any type of confrontation. She'd never even been in a fight before.
That all changed here on Ustea.
She sighed and began walking around the lower deck where most of the human's remained huddled. The threat was over but they were still frightened. Tempest didn't know what she could do but she knew that she had to do something.
"Is anyone down here hurt?" Tempest called out, and a flood of people started answering her.
"Is it over?"
"Are they going to sink the ship?"
"Are they going to take us away?"
All the fears were valid. Tempest wanted to reassure them. Wanted to tell them that it would never happen, but she wasn't entirely sure what was going on upstairs. She had to get more information if she didn't want to lie to them.
