Chapter 95 - Chapter 94- A lifetime with u >3

Spoiler readers- Don't judge the chapter by its starting 🤭

(Jay's POV)

I felt a vibration in my pocket. I pulled out my phone and saw Calix's name on the screen. He was calling after so long.

"Jay!" Calix shouted into the phone. He sounded incredibly excited. "I am going to propose to Mica! You and Keifer have to come to the Philippines right now. The whole of Section E will be there!"

My heart jumped with joy. "Are you serious, Calix? Of course we will come!"

I hung up the phone and ran to find Keifer. "Keifer! We need to go to the Philippines right now!" I yelled, waving my hands in the air.Keifer looked up from his laptop and smiled his handsome smile. "Sure, wifey," he said softly. "I already know. Calix just sent me a text message too."

We did not waste any time. We packed our bags quickly. We booked business class seats on the airplane. The seats were huge and comfortable, like big beds. We watched movies, ate delicious food, and slept through the long flight across the ocean.

When the plane landed in the Philippines, the warm air hit our faces. We walked out of the airport and looked around the crowded space. Suddenly, I saw a familiar face. It was Cin!

"Cin!" I screamed.

"Jay!" Cin shouted back.

We both ran toward each other. We jumped up and down, hugging each other tightly. It had been such a long time since we last met. Keifer walked up behind us, smiling as he watched us jump like kids.

Cin drove us to a huge, beautiful hotel. When we walked into the grand lobby, my jaw dropped. My eyes grew wide. The entire Section E group from HVIS was standing there. But that was not all. To our absolute surprise, Calix had also invited Freya, David, Edrix, from London.

"Surprise!" they all yelled together.

I felt tears of pure happiness in my eyes. Seeing everyone made me remember our old high school days at HVIS. I remembered how we used to break the rules, laugh until our stomachs hurt, and always stick together. Now, after so many years, we were all in the same room again. We talked and laughed for an hour before we finally went up to our hotel rooms to rest.

Later that evening, a loud beep came from all of our phones at the exact same time. We had all received a text message. It was a list of special tasks for tomorrow's big event.

I looked at Keifer and smiled. "Calix is so romantic. Mica does not have any idea about this."

Keifer walked over to me, leaned down, and kissed my forehead gently. "Sure, wifey," he murmured.

We climbed into the big, soft bed. Keifer pulled me close to his chest. We cuddled tightly under the blankets and fell fast asleep.

The next morning, the bright sun woke us up. I rubbed my eyes and sat up. Keifer was already awake. He walked over to the closet and pulled out a beautiful dress. He handed it to me with a smile.

"Wear this today, wifey," he said.I held up the dress. It was a gorgeous white frock. The top blouse part had beautiful white laces. It was not too long, reaching exactly down to my ankles. I put it on, and it fit perfectly. Keifer went to change too. He put on a crisp white shirt and aesthetic brown trousers. When we stood next to each other in front of the mirror, we looked just like a couple you would see on Pinterest.

I turned around and wrapped my arms tightly around Keifer's waist. I buried my face deep into his warm chest.

Keifer held me close and asked softly, "Are you okay, wifey?"

"Yes, Keifer," I whispered, keeping my face hidden against his shirt. "For right now, please just let me relax. I just want to hug the person who is my everything."

My words made Keifer's heart melt. He wrapped his strong arms even tighter around me. We stood there in the middle of the room, completely still. For five whole minutes, neither of us moved or said a word. It was peaceful and perfect.

Suddenly, a loud knock broke the silence."Lovebirds! Get out of the room right now!" Cin's voice shouted dramatically from the hallway. "If you do not come out, I am going to eat all of your food too!"

Hearing Cin's voice made me snap out of my romantic mood. I grabbed Keifer's hand quickly. "Come on, let's go!" I laughed, dragging him toward the door.

We ran out into the hallway, panting a little. Cin was standing there with a huge grin on his face.

He laughed out loud when he saw us. "Lol, the joke is on you, Jay! The food has not even started yet!"

I rolled my eyes at him, but I could not stop smiling.

"I actually came up here because Calix is about to start the proposal plan," Cin explained, his face turning serious and excited.

We walked downstairs together. As we walked, Keifer kept his hand gently on my waist, keeping me close to him. When we reached the bottom of the stairs, I gasped. The decorations were incredible. There were flowers and beautiful fairy lights everywhere.

"This is such a beautiful decor, Keifer," I whispered, looking around in awe.

Keifer did not look at the decorations. He just smiled, looking down at my face. "It is," he said softly.

Soon, all the boys of Section E gathered in the main area. Calix walked up to us, looking very nervous but very handsome. He gave us a quick nod.

I looked up at Keifer. "Now it is my turn to go with the girls. We have to bring Mica here blindfolded."

Keifer smiled and let go of my waist. "Go ahead, wifey."

I ran off to find the other girls. We went to Mica's room and told her we had a surprise game for her. We covered her eyes gently with our hands so she could not see anything. Slowly, we led her down the stairs and into the main courtyard.

On the ground, hundreds of red rose petals were spread out beautifully to form the shape of a giant heart. The girls whispered to me, "Jay, bring Mica right into the spot."

I nodded. I carefully guided Mica until she was standing exactly in the center of the rose petal heart. I smiled, feeling so excited for Mica. I slowly removed my hands from Mica's eyes.

"Surprise!" I expected Mica to gasp and cry.

Instead, Mica looked at me and giggled. She did not look surprised at all. She gave me a funny look, chuckled, and walked right out of the heart shape.

I stood there, completely shocked. "Mica? Where are you going?" I asked, confused.

Then, I turned around to see what she was looking at. My heart stopped.

Keifer was down on one knee right behind me. He was holding a small, beautiful box. Inside the box was a sparkling diamond ring. He looked up at me with so much love in his eyes.

"Jay, my wifey, will you be my wife?" Keifer asked, his voice steady and sweet.

My hands flew to my mouth. Tears instantly started to fill my eyes, blurring my vision. The whole proposal was not for Mica at all. It was for me!

"Yes!" I cried out, the tears spilling down my cheeks. "Yes, Keifer!"

Keifer smiled widely. He took my hand and gently slid the beautiful ring onto my finger. He stood up quickly and pulled me into a tight, warm hug. He used his thumbs to gently wipe the happy tears from my face. I held onto him as if I would never let go.

All around us, Section E, Freya, Mica, Grace, and everyone else started to cheer and hoot loudly. They clapped and threw flower petals into the air. I could also see Ci-n on call with Angelo and Ion and they were all also clapping and being happy and on the other side , stood Keigan who was also on facetime with Mom Serina, Kiara and Keiren. Others clicked our photos and made lot of videos. It was the happiest moment of my life.

After the excitement calmed down, we all sat at a long table and ate a delicious feast. We talked about how Keifer and Calix had planned the whole trick together just to surprise me.

Late at night, after the party was over, Keifer and I finally went back up to our hotel room. The room was quiet and cozy.

Keifer looked at me with a teasing smile as he took off his watch. "Was there any chance that you could have denied my proposal tonight, wifey?"

I laughed and walked over to him, punching his arm playfully. "You dumb hubby! If I had any plans to deny it, why did I become your fiancé in the first place?"

Keifer laughed and pulled me into his arms again. We walked out onto the private balcony of our room. There was a big, comfortable wooden swing hanging there. We sat down together, side by side. The night air was cool and sweet. We rocked gently back and forth on the swing, looking up at the bright stars in the dark sky. We talked for hours about our past, our friends, and our bright future together. Eventually, our voices grew softer and softer. With my head resting securely on Keifer's shoulder and his arm wrapped tightly around me, we both fell fast asleep right there under the stars.

(Next morning)

I wake up to the sound of birds chirping outside. The morning sun is just starting to peak over the ocean. I feel the gentle movement of the swing beneath us. I look up and see Keifer's face. He is still asleep, looking so peaceful. His arm is still wrapped around me, holding me tight even while he sleeps.

I smile and look down at my hand. The diamond ring sparkles in the early morning light. It feels so real now. We are really going to get married.

I lay my head back down on his chest and listen to his steady heartbeat. I feel so safe here. This trip to the Philippines started as a trick, but it became the best trip of my life.

A few minutes later, Keifer stirs. He opens his eyes and looks down at me. A lazy smile spreads across his face.

"Good morning, wifey," he says, his voice deep from sleep.

"Good morning, Mr. Watson," I reply, smiling back. He leans down and kisses the top of my head. "Did you sleep well on the swing?"

"I sleep well anywhere as long as I am with you," I say honestly.

Keifer chuckles and squeezes me tight. "Let's go inside and get dressed. The others will be waiting for breakfast, and you know Cin will complain and throw a tantrum if we are late."

I laugh, remembering Cin's drama from yesterday. "You are right. Let's go."

We get up from the swing and stretch our legs. We walk back into the beautiful hotel room. I look at the white dress from yesterday sitting on the chair. It feels like a dream.

We change into comfortable clothes for the day. Keifer puts on a casual shirt and shorts, and I put on a simple summer dress. We wash our faces and head down to the hotel restaurant.

As we walk into the dining area, we see the whole group already sitting at a long table. There is a huge spread of food. There are fresh fruits, eggs, pancakes, and local Filipino breakfast dishes like garlic rice and sweet pork.

"Look who finally decided to join us!" Cin yells out as soon as he sees us. "My mom and dad!"

Everyone at the table claps and cheers again. Freya runs up to me and pulls me into a huge hug. "I am so happy for you, Jay! I can't believe Keifer pulled off such a huge surprise!"

"I know," I say, looking back at Keifer who is shaking hands with David and Edrix. "I was completely fooled."

"We all knew about it," Mica says, walking up with a big smile. "Calix told us the plan weeks ago. I had to pretend the proposal was for me so you wouldn't suspect anything."

"You are a great actress, Mica," I laugh. "I really thought it was your big day."

"Your big day will be even bigger," Calix says, joining us. He gives Keifer a high five. "Good job, man. The plan worked perfectly."

We all sit down and start eating. The food is amazing. We laugh and talk about old times at HVIS. David reminded us of time when Cin dressed like a girl when we had event at HVIS. Edrix talks about how Keifer used to be so quiet and serious, and how love has changed him.

"He is still serious," I joke, nudging Keifer with my elbow. "But he is a softie for me only."

Keifer smiles and puts a piece of pancake on my plate. "Only for you, wifey."

"Gross, stop being so sweet, you two are making my teeth hurt!" Edrix complains, stuffing his mouth with food. Everyone laughs at him.

After breakfast, we all decide to go to the beach. The hotel has a private beach with white sand and clear blue water. We rent some beach chairs and umbrellas.

The boys decide to play beach volleyball. Keifer, Calix, David, Edrix, and Cin form one team against some other guests at the resort. Meanwhile other boys from section E eat more food.

We all follow a principle "Eat more to be happy!"

The girls sit on the sand, drinking fresh coconut water and watching them play.

Keifer is really good at volleyball. He jumps high and hits the ball hard over the net. Every time he scores a point, he looks over at me and winks. I wave and cheer for him loudly.

"He really loves you, Jay," Freya says softly, looking at them play. "The way he looks at you is different. He looks like he holds the whole world when he looks at you."

I look at the ring on my finger and then back at Keifer. "I know. And I feel the same way about him. He is my everything."

Mica smiles. "You two have been through so much. From , High school enemies to lovers then fiancés, university toppers, power couple, Ceos , and now this. It feels like a movie."

"It really does," I agree. "I never thought when I came first in HVIS that old Keifer would be my Husband some day."

The boys finish their game. They won, of course. They come running over to us, covered in sand and sweat, laughing and shouting. Keifer walks straight to me.

"Don't come near me, you are all sandy!" I laugh, trying to run away.

But Keifer is too fast. He grabs my waist and pulls me into a big, sandy hug. "Too late, wifey," he laughs, pressing his cheek against mine.

"Ugh, Keifer!" I scream, but I am laughing so hard. Then she scoops me up and throws me up and down like cheering. I laugh along with him.

We all spend the afternoon swimming in the warm ocean water. Cin tries to teach us how to surf, but he keeps falling off the board himself, which makes everyone laugh. David and Freya build a giant sandcastle, and Edrix accidentally steps on it, causing a playful argument. It feels just like high school again. The bond of Section E is still as strong as ever.

As the sun starts to set, the sky turns into beautiful shades of pink, orange, and purple. We all sit in a circle on the sand, feeling tired but incredibly happy.

Calix brings out a guitar and starts playing some soft tunes. We all sing along to old songs we used to listen to during our HVIS days. The sound of the waves crashing on the shore mixes perfectly with the music.

Keifer sits behind me, pulling me back against his chest. I lean into him, feeling the warmth of his skin. He rests his chin on my head as we watch the sun disappear below the horizon.

"Are you happy, wifey?" he whispers in my ear.

"I am more than happy, Keifer," I whisper back, holding his hand. "I am blessed. I have my friends, I have my memories, and most importantly, I have you."

"You will always have me," Keifer says softly. "Forever."

We stay on the beach until the stars come out again. The crackle of a small bonfire keeps us warm. We share stories of what we want to do in the future. Calix and Mica talk about their actual plans for the future, David talks about his business, and Freya talks about her fashion which obviously bores out everyone except Edrix!

When it is my turn, I look at Keifer. "I just want to build a beautiful life with the man I love. No more secret investigations, no more fake mustaches. Just us."

"I promise you that, wifey," Keifer smiles, kissing my cheek.

"Hey, the fake mustache was a good look on you, Jay!" Edrix jokes from across the fire.

"Yeah, you should wear it to the wedding Jay!" Cin adds, laughing out loud.

"No way!" I laugh, throwing a small shell at Cin, which he easily dodges.

Around midnight, we all decide to head back to our rooms. We are all exhausted from the sun, the sand, and the swimming. We say goodnight to everyone, giving hugs all around.

When Keifer and I get back to our room, we take turns washing off the salt and sand in the shower. The warm water feels amazing on my tired muscles. I put on a pair of comfortable silk pajamas.

Keifer comes out of the bathroom wearing just his pajama pants. His hair is damp and messy, and he looks incredibly handsome. He walks over to the bed where I am sitting and climbs in next to me.

He pulls the covers over us and draws me into his arms. I lay my head on his chest, right over his heart. Its steady beat is like a lullaby to me.

"Thank you for everything, Keifer," I say softly, closing my eyes.

"You don't ever have to thank me, wifey," he murmurs, his voice filled with deep affection. "My only job in this life is to make you happy."

I smile in the dark. I wrap my arms around him, pulling myself as close to him as possible. He wraps his large arms around me, locking me in his safe embrace.

As I drift off to sleep, I think about how far we have come. We started as two people caught up in fights and arguments, and now we are here, planning a lifetime together. I know that whatever comes next, as long as I have Keifer by my side, everything will be perfect. I fall asleep with a peaceful heart, dreaming of our future wedding and the beautiful life that waits for us. I standing beside Keifer , and I am the happiest girl in the world...
