Chapter 6 - The Gathering Storm

The colossal creature descended from the torn sky like a god of shadows.

Forty meters tall, its body covered in glowing ancient runes, massive shadow tentacles writhing around it. Its presence alone made the air feel heavier, the ground tremble, and the void energy inside Kai surge with violent hunger.

Kai stood at the front, both hands still resting on Elena and Sophia. His fingers dug into their waists with quiet ownership.

Elena's legs were shaking. She kept her eyes down, cheeks burning with shame. Every pulse of Kai's aura made her nipples tighten painfully against the torn blouse. She hated how her body was reacting — how her thighs kept clenching, how a slick warmth kept spreading between her legs no matter how hard she tried to ignore it. She felt exposed, humiliated, and yet she couldn't step away from him.

Sophia, on the other hand, was furious. Her jaw was clenched so tight it hurt. She could feel her breasts growing heavy, her nipples hardening against the ripped tactical fabric with every breath. Worse, a deep, insistent heat was building low in her belly, making her core pulse with unwanted need. She was a trained fighter, a survivor — yet her own body was betraying her in the middle of a battlefield. It made her want to punch something. Preferably Kai.

Kai's voice came out low and rough, carrying a new cold edge.

"Stay behind me. Don't move unless I say so."

The creature roared and attacked.

Dozens of shadow tentacles shot down like black spears.

Kai expanded Void Domain Lv.3 to its limit. The 35-meter circle of swirling purple-black energy engulfed the battlefield. Inside it, his power spiked sharply.

He vanished with Shadow Step and reappeared mid-air, Void Claw slashing through the first tentacle. Black blood exploded outward. The creature screamed.

Kai moved like living darkness — dodging, severing, draining. Every successful strike sent another surge of power through him.

Elena watched with wide eyes, biting her lip hard. The sight of Kai growing stronger made something inside her twist with shame and desire. Her breathing became shallow. She could feel herself getting slicker, her body heating up in ways she had never experienced before. She pressed her thighs together desperately, trying to hide it, but the more she fought, the worse it became.

Sophia gripped her rifle tighter, knuckles white. She hated how her pulse raced every time Kai blinked across the battlefield. Her skin felt too tight, her breasts too sensitive against the torn gear. A frustrating ache was building between her legs — not just physical, but something deeper, something that made her want to drop the rifle and submit. The thought only made her angrier.

One tentacle slipped past Kai's guard and whipped toward Sophia.

He used Shadow Step at full speed, yanking her against his chest. The tentacle grazed his back instead, tearing flesh. Blood ran down his spine, but Void Regeneration was already closing the wound.

Sophia's body pressed flush against him. She could feel every hard muscle, every breath. The contact sent a jolt straight to her core. She gasped sharply, then immediately hated herself for the sound.

"Get your hands off me," she growled, even as her hips shifted involuntarily against his thigh.

Kai's grip on her waist tightened. His voice was dark, almost amused. "Your body doesn't seem to agree."

Elena, still watching, felt her own shame deepen. She hated how jealous she felt seeing Kai hold Sophia. Her nipples ached, her core clenched with empty need. She wanted to look away, but she couldn't. The sight of him dominating the battlefield while holding them both made her legs feel weak.

Kai continued fighting without mercy.

He severed tentacle after tentacle, draining their essence with ruthless efficiency. Black blood rained down. The creature's roars grew more frantic.

With each surge of power, the void inside him pushed harder.

They are already breaking. Look at them. One is drowning in shame, the other is burning with rage. Both will kneel soon.

Finally, Kai saw his opening.

He appeared right in front of the creature's central eye cluster and drove both hands into a crack in its armored chest.

"Void Drain — Everything!"

Dark tendrils exploded outward. The colossal being let out one last earth-shaking screech as its life force was violently ripped away.

It collapsed with a thunderous crash. A massive wave of shadow essence rushed into Kai.

[Ding! Ancient Shadow Behemoth devoured!]

[Major reward received.]

[Level up! Level 39.]

[Void Domain has reached Lv.3!]

The domain expanded further. Kai felt a new wave of raw power and darkness flood his system.

He turned back to the two women.

Elena was barely standing. Her face was flushed crimson, eyes glassy with shame. She kept shifting her weight from one foot to the other, clearly trying to hide how affected she was. Her hands were clenched at her sides, knuckles white.

Sophia was breathing hard through her nose, jaw locked. Her posture was still defiant, but her thighs were pressed tightly together and her nipples were visibly straining against the torn tactical top. She looked like she wanted to kill someone — probably herself for reacting this way.

Kai walked toward them slowly. The new Lv.3 Void Domain aura wrapped around both women like a heavy, possessive blanket.

He pulled Elena against his left side first. His hand slid down her back and rested just above her ass, fingers pressing lightly. She shivered violently, a soft, embarrassed sound escaping her lips.

"You're fighting it so hard," he murmured near her ear. "But your body is already surrendering. I can feel how warm you are."

Elena's breath hitched. She turned her face away, mortified. "Shut up… this isn't me…"

Then he pulled Sophia against his right side. His grip on her was firmer, more demanding. His thumb brushed slowly along the curve of her hip.

"And you," he said, voice lower, "are so angry at yourself right now. You hate how much you want this."

Sophia's eyes flashed with fury, but her body betrayed her — she leaned into his touch despite herself. "I don't want anything from you," she hissed, even as her voice wavered.

Kai smiled, dark and dangerous. He held them both closer, one hand on each of their waists, fingers digging in just enough to remind them who was in control.

Before he could say anything more, the sky cracked open with a deafening sound.

A new portal tore through the clouds.

From it, a second, equally massive silhouette began to emerge — radiating a completely different, colder aura.

Kai's eyes narrowed.

Two Ancient-level threats.

At the same time.

He glanced at Elena and Sophia. One was drowning in humiliated desire, the other burning with furious need.

His grin turned feral.

"Well… this just got interesting."

The two colossal creatures roared in unison, their combined pressure shaking the entire city.
