Chapter 32 - Episode 12: “Aanya Learns the Truth”

The door closed after Armaan left.

But the silence he left behind felt louder than his voice.

Aanya stood in the middle of the shattered room.

Her hands were shaking.

Her heart wasn't just scared anymore…

It was confused.

She turned slowly toward Rudra.

"Tell me everything."

Rudra didn't answer.

He walked toward the broken window instead.

Like he couldn't face her directly.

Aanya's voice cracked.

"Rudra… don't do this. Not again."

That made him stop.

Just for a second.

Then he finally spoke.

Low.

Heavy.

"I was not always Rudra Rathore."

Aanya's breath hitched.

Rudra continued,

"I was born into nothing."

A pause.

"No power. No name. No protection."

Aanya listened silently.

"I survived by becoming what others feared," he said.

"And Armaan… was the first person who used that."

Aanya whispered,

"So he made you a killer?"

Rudra's jaw tightened.

"No."

A pause.

"He made me believe I had no choice."

Silence fell.

Aanya stepped closer.

"And Meera?"

Rudra's expression darkened slightly.

"She refined it."

A pause.

"She made me controlled violence instead of chaos."

Aanya frowned.

"And Riya?"

Rudra closed his eyes briefly.

"She tried to rewrite it."

Aanya's voice shook.

"And me?"

That question hit differently.

Rudra finally turned toward her.

Slow.

Honest.

"And you… ruined the system."

Aanya blinked.

"I ruined it?"

Rudra stepped closer.

Not threatening.

Just real.

"You made me hesitate."

A pause.

"You made me feel."

Aanya's eyes filled slightly.

"I didn't ask for that…"

Rudra nodded.

"I know."

Suddenly—

a loud system alert sounded again.

But this time… it wasn't Armaan.

It was internal.

Inside Rudra's empire.

A red message flashed:

"CORE NETWORK OVERRIDE INITIATED"

Rudra's face changed instantly.

"This is impossible…"

Aanya panicked.

"What now?!"

Rudra grabbed his coat.

"He didn't come here just to talk."

A pause.

"He came to activate something."

Aanya stepped back.

"What something?!"

Rudra's voice dropped.

"The system I built before I became Rudra."

Aanya froze.

"You mean… Armaan still has control?"

Rudra looked at her.

And said the worst truth yet—

"He never lost it."

A pause.

"I just stopped noticing it."

Suddenly—

all doors locked again.

But this time… from inside.

A computerized voice echoed:

"WELCOME BACK, RUDRA."

Aanya whispered,

"That's not your system…"

Rudra's eyes darkened.

"No."

A pause.

"It's his."
