Chapter 2 - CHAPTER TWO: The Game Begins

Isabella couldn't stop thinking about him. Every second since their encounter had been a whirlwind of heat, confusion, and an almost undeniable pull toward Luca. She'd tried to distract herself with work, with friends, with anything she could find. But nothing worked. His image was burned into her mind, and no matter how much she tried to push it away, his words echoed in her thoughts.

"You'll be mine. Body, mind, and soul."

She couldn't help but feel an arousal she wasn't used to. The kind of desire that made her body ache, a need she couldn't place. Her body was responding to him, even when he wasn't around. And she hated that. But at the same time, it excited her. It pulled her deeper into this unknown territory she wasn't sure she could escape from.

It was late, nearly midnight, when her phone buzzed with a message from an unknown number.

Luca: "I'm waiting for you. Room 9. Don't make me wait long."

She read the text twice before it sank in. Room 9? Was this it? Was this where the 90 day challenge would begin?

She wasn't sure what she expected, but it wasn't this the anticipation building in her body, her hands trembling with both fear and something more dangerous: excitement.

Her fingers hovered over her phone screen, hesitating, but then she made a choice.

She didn't even think about it. She grabbed her keys, the heat between her legs growing as she walked out the door. The night air was cool, but her body burned with anticipation. She didn't know why she was doing this. Why she was so eager to walk into the unknown, to surrender herself to a man like Luca.

But the truth was, she couldn't stop herself. Not anymore. He had already claimed her, even without touching her. And now, it was time to face whatever he had planned.

When she arrived at the hotel, the doorman didn't ask questions as he ushered her inside. The lobby was empty, silent, except for the soft hum of ambient music that only heightened her anticipation. Her heels clicked against the marble floor as she made her way to the elevator. As the doors closed behind her, she took a slow breath, trying to steady herself. But her heart raced, and between her legs, her body betrayed her, already wet with desire.

The elevator stopped at the ninth floor, and Isabella's breath hitched in her throat. Room 9. She stepped out, her mind racing, her body in overdrive. At the end of the hall, the door to Room 9 stood slightly ajar. She walked toward it, her hand trembling as she reached for the handle. But before she could turn it, the door opened wider, and Luca was standing there, his dark eyes locked onto hers with that predatory gaze she had come to recognize.

"Come in," he said, his voice deep and commanding. "Don't keep me waiting."

Without a word, Isabella stepped inside, the door closing behind her with a soft thud. The room was dimly lit, a soft glow coming from the low lighting near the bed. It was luxurious, dark, and intimate. The scent of sandalwood and something musky filled the air.

Luca stood by the bed, his silhouette a perfect contrast against the shadows. He was dressed in a tailored black suit, his body tall, broad, and impossibly confident. His eyes never left hers as he approached her slowly, deliberately. Every step he took seemed to intensify the heat between them.

"You look even better than I imagined," he said, his voice low and husky. His gaze raked over her body, making her skin tingle, her nipples hardening beneath her clothes.

She couldn't find words. Her mouth was dry, her breath coming in short gasps. She had wanted this, had known she was going to come to him, but now that she was here, standing in front of him, she was struck speechless.

Luca reached out, his fingers brushing a strand of hair from her face. He lifted her chin slightly, tilting her head back, forcing her to look at him. His touch was soft, but his grip was firm. It was the way he controlled her without saying a word, just through his presence.

"Don't look away from me," he murmured, his lips brushing against her ear. "I want you to feel every second of this. Every touch. Every kiss. Every inch of your body is mine tonight."

Her breath hitched, and before she could respond, his lips were on hers, soft at first, teasing. But then his hands moved to her waist, pulling her against him with a force that took her breath away. His mouth was demanding, controlling, as if he owned her in every way. And the truth was, she wanted to be owned by him. She needed it.

Her hands moved to his chest, feeling the hard muscle beneath the fabric of his suit. She didn't think. She just acted. She wanted him. She needed him to take her, to claim her as his, just as he had promised.

Luca broke the kiss and pulled her closer, his hand moving to the back of her neck, forcing her to look up at him. "Tell me what you want," he growled, his voice filled with desire. "Say it. I want to hear you beg for it."

Isabella didn't hesitate. The words left her lips before she could stop herself. "I want you, Luca. I want all of you."

A dark smile curled at the edges of his lips. "Good girl."

He pushed her back gently, guiding her toward the bed. She climbed onto it without question, and he followed, his hands roaming over her body, exploring every inch of her as though he was already making her his.

The first touch of his skin against hers was electric. His hands were everywhere on her hips, her thighs, her back his fingers digging into her as he moved over her body.

"You're mine," Luca whispered against her skin, his lips trailing along her neck as he pulled her legs around his waist. "For the next 90 days, you'll learn what it means to belong to me. I'll show you everything you've been craving and more. You'll beg me for it, every day."

The intensity in his voice, the power he exuded, left her breathless. He wasn't just taking her body he was claiming her. And with each passing second, she realized she had never been so ready to surrender
