Chapter 2: The Prophecy of the Two-Fold Warrior

The golden spark that was once the Prince of Lanka vanished into the celestial void to begin his Tapasya. A heavy, crystalline silence settled over the peaks of Kailash. The frost seemed to hold its breath. Mahadev remained looking at the spot where the warrior had knelt, his expression as unmoving as the mountains themselves. Around his neck, the mighty Vasuki stirred, his emerald scales shimmering with a strange, rhythmic agitation.

Mata Parvati broke the silence, her voice like the soft chime of temple bells. "Swami, aapne ek rakshas kul ke yoddha ko itna gurutvapurna uttardayitva kyon diya?" (Lord, why have you given such a significant responsibility to a warrior from a demon lineage?)

Mahadev opened his eyes—three pools of infinite cosmic memory. "Devi, niyati ke prishth par kabhi-kabhi rakt se hi shuddhi likhi hoti hai." (Devi, on the pages of destiny, sometimes purification is written in blood.)

The Shadow of the Ancient Foe

He stood, his tiger-skin robe brushing against the pristine snow. "Ek prachin andhera karvat le raha hai, Gauri. Ek aisa asur jise na devta maar sakte hain, na keval manushya." (An ancient darkness is turning in its sleep, Gauri. An asura whom neither the gods can kill, nor mere mortals.)

Parvati's brow furrowed. "Kya aap us 'Dvidha-Mṛtyu' (Two-Fold Death) vardaan wale asur ki baat kar rahe hain?" (Are you speaking of the asura with the boon of the 'Two-Fold Death'?)

"Haan," Mahadev nodded, his voice a low rumble like distant thunder. "Us asur ka shareer Surya ki jwala jaisa kathor hai, parantu uski atma patala ki gehraiyon mein chhupi hai. Use keval wahi ant kar sakta hai jiske paas Surya ka tej aur Vasuki ka vish, dono ek saath hon." (Yes. That asura's body is as hard as the sun's flame, but his soul is hidden in the depths of the underworld. Only he can end him who possesses both the brilliance of the Sun and the venom of Vasuki simultaneously.)

The Weaver of Venom and Light

Vasuki, the King of Serpents, hissed softly, his hood expanding in agreement.

"Isliye, Meghnada ko 'Karna' banna hoga," Mahadev continued. "Vah keval ek 'Sutaputra' nahi hoga. Vah akash aur dharti ka sangam hoga." (Therefore, Meghnada must become 'Karna.' He will not just be a 'chariot-driver's son.' He will be the confluence of the sky and the earth.)

Mata Parvati looked down at the mortal world, where the river Ganga flowed like a silver thread through the dark forests of Bharatavarsha. "Parantu Swami, uska jeevan kashthdayak hoga. Log use neech kahenge, use apmanit karenge. Kya vah is bhaar ko seh payega?" (But Lord, his life will be painful. People will call him lowly; they will humiliate him. Will he be able to bear this burden?)

"Apmaan hi uski shakti banega, Devi," Mahadev replied with a faint, knowing smile. "Jab sansar use thukrayega, tab vah vanon ki sharan lega. Vahan vah un kabeelon se seekhega jo dharti ke rahasya jaante hain. Vah keval dhanush chalana nahi seekhega, vah prakriti se baat karna seekhega." (Humiliation itself will become his strength, Devi. When the world rejects him, he will take refuge in the forests. There, he will learn from the tribes who know the secrets of the earth. He will not just learn to wield a bow; he will learn to speak with nature.)

The Final Warning

"Yad rakhiye," Mahadev's third eye flickered with a dim, protective light. "Surya use 'Kavach' aur 'Kundal' denge jo use amar banayenge, parantu Vasuki ka ansh use 'Dhairya' aur 'Gupt-Prahaar' ki kshama dega. Vah ek aisa yoddha banega jise Kurukshetra ki ranbhoomi bhi nahi samajh payegi." (Remember, Surya will give him the armor and earrings that make him immortal, but the essence of Vasuki will give him patience and the ability to strike from the shadows. He will become a warrior that even the battlefield of Kurukshetra will not comprehend.)

"Asha hai ki vah apni nayi yatra mein Dharma ka marg pehchan sake," Parvati whispered, her eyes filled with maternal compassion. (I hope that in his new journey, he is able to recognize the path of Dharma.)

"Vah pehchanega," Mahadev concluded, his gaze shifting toward the future. "Kyoki is baar, uske paas Ravana ki ahankar-bhari shiksha nahi, balki swayam Adishakti ka aashirwad hoga." (He will. Because this time, he will not have the ego-filled teachings of Ravana, but the blessing of Adishakti herself.)

Until next time guys/girls see you soon
