In the town of Eldra, sunlight never fell evenly. It twisted through the leaves in golden ribbons, casting patterns that seemed almost deliberate, as if the trees themselves were whispering secrets. Cats with silver eyes stalked the cobblestone streets, and the fountains sang quietly to those who paused long enough to listen. It was a world full of magic… and everyone in it knew it. Everyone, that is, except the girl who would soon discover that the world had been waiting for her all along.

everyone in the kingdom knows her,the only nonmagical human in the land,a land where magic determines a person's nobility.
Her name was favene , strange right,but not as strange as things were about to become.
Fave like every one called her was an orphan girl who her a kind hearted woman found and took as her own.Miranda never had a child of her own,she was a witch and even tho she was a well known powerful witch,she couldn't have a child of her own.
Until that one Stormy morning,no one alive that day would accept that it was in the morning that she was born, because it was dark, shadows moved around as if they were alive, it looked as if the night was going to swallow everything on its path, children cried, adults were afraid and the elders were gathered together.
The terror on their faces were as if the world was coming to an end.
Then suddenly, like a loud drum the cries of a baby was heared, loud, powerful and it seemed like the shadows were following it's commands.
