Naina and her secretary immediately left the hospital and drove to the old medical center where her father had been receiving treatment. Speaking with the doctor there, Naina received confirmation of her father's condition. The doctor provided details about how long the treatment had been ongoing. Naina was dismayed to confirm her suspicion: her father had deliberately hidden his severe heart disease from his entire family.
Naina instructed her team to check the CCTV footage from her father's house, the surrounding area, and the hospital. Just as she was hanging up, an unknown number flashed on her screen. Confused, she answered. It was Kabir.
"I need to meet you," Kabir stated.
Naina told him she was busy, but he insisted. "It's urgent."
The Restaurant Meeting
A few hours later, Kabir was waiting in a private room at a restaurant. When Naina arrived, he solicitously asked if she wanted anything. Naina simply requested coffee, but Kabir ordered coffee for both of them and snacks for Naina, showing a thoughtful side.
Kabir cut straight to the point: he wanted Naina's help in mending his relationship with Maya. "You have to help me improve my relationship with Maya," he urged.
Naina was direct. "I've spoken with her, and she is still angry about what you did."
Kabir acknowledged the pain he had caused. "I understand."
"I will talk to her again," Naina promised, "but I have some urgent work to deal with right now."
Just as she mentioned her work, Naina's phone rang. It was her person reporting on the investigation. Naina excused herself and stepped to the side of the room. She was visibly upset as she spoke; no CCTV footage had been found. Her quiet, tense conversation was overheard by Kabir.
When Naina ended the call, a slightly upset Manik approached her. "What happened?" he asked. "Is there a problem?"
Naina was hesitant but decided to share the truth about her father's death and the mystery surrounding his hidden treatment.
"I can help," Manik offered immediately.
"I already have a team checking into it myself," Naina replied, trying to maintain control.
"Don't worry," Manik insisted. "I will check, too." Naina agreed, simply saying, "Okay." They both then left the restaurant.
Seeds of Forgiveness
For the next few days, Naina buried herself in hospital work. Unbeknownst to her, Kabir was actively following through on his promise to check into the death of Naina, Kavya, and Maya's father.
One day, Naina went to Kabir's villa, taking her three kids to meet her mother, Maya, her niece, and nephews. The reunion was warm. Her kids and Maya's kids were happily playing when Maya arrived. Seeing the joyful scene, Maya softened and began talking with them.
Their mother soon left to rest, giving Naina the opportunity she needed. She spoke to Maya about Kabir, telling her that he truly realized his mistake. "Why won't you give him a chance?"
Maya grew angry at the suggestion, but Naina gently persisted. "I understand you were deeply hurt," Naina told her, "but look at your children. They want a family, with a mother and father's love." Maya went silent, clearly thinking about the future.
As Naina prepared to leave, she met Kabir in the hall. He was genuinely happy to see her and gave her a crucial update. "I got some lead on the case," he whispered. "Don't worry."
Naina informed him, "I have spoken with Maya, and she is going to think about it. I know she will forgive you."
Arjun's Encounter
Meanwhile, at a club, Arjun was drinking with friends when he spotted Aisha dancing intimately with a guy. Arjun was immediately furious and ready to confront the man touching Aisha. The guy suddenly excused himself and disappeared. Aisha continued dancing alone.
Arjun followed the guy and watched as the man kissed another girl. Arjun quickly took a video clip of the infidelity. He returned to the dance floor, coming close to Aisha and pushing her away from the other revelers. When he saw Aisha's hand resting on his own waist, Aisha became angry and shoved him away.
"Where is your guy?" Arjun asked pointedly. Aisha was confused until Arjun showed her the video clip. Shocked and heartbroken, tears welled up in Aisha's eyes.
As the cheating boyfriend returned, Arjun made his move. He stepped close to Aisha and started to kiss her passionately, pulling a shocked Aisha into a deep embrace. Aisha responded to the kiss. Arjun discreetly signaled his bodyguards with a look to deal with the cheating guy.
Moments later, they were in a hotel suite. Arjun sat on the sofa, and Aisha was on his lap. They were kissing intensely, their passion consuming them. Arjun and Aisha spent the night together.
