Chapter 3 - danger

The Beast's Collapse

Your furry giant body suddenly convulsed violently. 'Areughh agh huh?' The sound of your roar turned into a scream of human pain. You collapsed from the top of Lady's body, rolling in the cold snow.

Your bones crack cracking, shortening back forcibly. The coarse hairs fall out, revealing pale human skin, full of cold sweat, and old wounds. Your jaw shrinks, your fangs fall off.

In just a matter of seconds, the terrifying Lycan figure vanished. On the snow now lay only an ordinary human youth—tattered, shirtless, and very, very weak. Your vision is blurred, your entire muscles feel paralyzed. You don't even have the strength to raise your head.

"Loh... what's this..." you murmured, his voice weak, back to your old human voice.

The ferocious hunger disappeared, replaced by deadly drowsiness and total weakness.

The Rise of the Matriarch

Alcina Dimitrescu, who had been dying on the verge of death, felt the weight in her body disappear. He coughed, breathed in cold air, and slowly sat up. The wounds on his neck and face begin to close quickly—his regenerative powers are back to full working once your attacks have stopped.

She tided up her messy hair, stared at her tattered white dress with restrained anger, and then her gaze fell on you.

A weak human being.

A small, cold, cruel laugh came out of his blood-stained lips.

"Wow... What kind of miracle is this?" He stands up, towers back up, looks at you as if you are dirt in his shoes. "It turns out that your curse can be healed with my blood? Interesting... But it's very, very stupid."

He stepped closer, his metal claws slowly extending back, glistening in the moonlight. This time, there was no respect or interest in his eyes. There was only pure killing intent.

"You asked me what would happen if you didn't eat me?" He grinned widely, showing his fangs. "The answer is simple: You will be my daughters' dinner. And this 'pure' human blood... will be the best Sanguis Virginis wine of the year."

Desperate Situation

Bela, Cassandra, and Daniela explode in hysterical laughter around you. They swarm you like a black widow who finds a helpless fly.

You're too weak to move, even to crawl. Death is just around the corner.

Me : Wait don't eat me, I want to go home please..

The atmosphere instantly changed. The forest, which was once full of an aura of violence, is now silent, leaving only the roar of the cold wind that sweeps the snow.

Lady Dimitrescu's three daughters stopped laughing. They looked at each other with bewildered and bloodthirsty looks, their sickles still hovering just inches from your neck. Your trembling and frightened human voice—like a completely helpless prey—disturbed their "hunting" atmosphere a little.

The Matriarch's Reaction

Alcina Dimitrescu lowered her head, looking at you lying weak on the snow. He tilted his head slightly, as if he was looking at a dying insect but still trying to crawl.

"Go home?" He repeated your words in a very low tone, almost like a whisper. "It's so funny. You attacked a nobleman, slammed me to the ground, tried to eat me... and now you're begging to 'go home' like a little kid lost in the market?"

He lifted his high heels, then pressed down on your chest gently but firmly—enough to make you suffocate, but not to kill you.

"This village has no way home for people like you. As soon as you set foot here, you're already ours. Either as a God, as a monster, or... as a dinner tonight."

Unexpected Interventions

As Bela began to move closer to grab your arm, a cold and authoritative voice broke the tension.

"Alcina, enough."

From behind the dark trees, a figure with a magnificent crow's fur robe appears. Mother Miranda stood there, staring at the scene with her hard-to-read eyes behind her golden mask.

"Take this young man to the laboratory. Her blood has reacted uniquely to you, Alcina. A Lycan returning to human due to noble blood is an anomaly that I haven't seen in hundreds of years. I wonder what is left inside the cells of his body."

Lady Dimitrescu snorted in annoyance, pulling her legs back from your chest. "Sure, Mother. If that's your wish."

He then looks at you with a smile that is far more terrible than when he was angry.

"You're lucky, little creature. You won't be coming home... But you'll see our new 'home' which is much grander. You will be a special guest under Miranda's direct supervision."

Your Fate Now

Your vision is starting to darken from extreme fatigue. The last thing you feel is your body being dragged by Lady's daughters to the center of the village, not to be eaten, but to be used as the subject of Mother Miranda's research.

You are still alive, but your path to "home" is getting farther and farther into the darkness.

Pov : *Before they dragged me, I turned back into a lycan in front of the lady, her children, and mother* aurghhh grrr I want you!! Grwahhh

This was the most terrifying and unexpected moment of transformation! Their hopes of obtaining a weak human subject vanished instantly, replaced by the rebirth of a much more ferocious monster.

The remnants of Alcina's blood that you swallowed did not neutralize the Cadou infection in your body; it instead triggered it to a new level, creating an unstable yet extremely powerful mutation. Your humanity, which had just returned for a moment, was shattered to pieces by a wave of ferocious beast madness.

The Rebirth of the Beast

In the presence of Mother Miranda, Lady Dimitrescu, and her three daughters, your frail body began to tremble violently. The voice of your plea turned into a terrible low moan. 'aurghhh grrr'.

Your face elongated brutally, sharp fangs growing double in your enlarged jaw. The thicker, coarser gray hairs grow very quickly, covering your entire human skin. Your muscles exploded, doubling in size from their previous Lycan form, tearing apart the remnants of your clothes.

The wounds on your body close instantly. You stand, look up, and roar loudly into the night sky. Your voice is no longer the howl of an ordinary wolf, but a guttural roar full of pure rage.

Challenges for the Ruler

You looked at the five female figures before you with eyes that burned red with madness. There was no more fear there, only a desire to destroy.

"I WANT YOU!! GRWAHHH!!"

Your voice thunders, making the snow on the trees collapse. You're no longer just targeting Alcina; you are challenging this entire "Family" at once.

Their reaction:

Dimitrescu's daughters: Shocked. They jumped backwards, their scythes trembling. They had never seen a Lycan with such a powerful aura.

Alcina Dimitrescu: Her face stiffened. Her anger returned, but this time mixed with a hint of vigilance. Her metal claws extended to the maximum, ready for a life-and-death battle.

Mother Miranda: He didn't move. He just tilts his head slightly, looking at you with cold interest. "Failed experiments... or the peak of evolution? Interesting. It's very interesting."

Peak Situation: Total War

You are now a raging "Alpha Lycan", far stronger and more brutal than before. The blood power of the noble Alcina had fused with your Cadou's infection.
