Once upon a time, there was an old farmer who had three sons. They were very lazy and never wanted to work in the fields. The farmer was worried about their future.
One day, the farmer fell very ill. He called his sons to his bedside and said, "My dear sons, I have hidden a great treasure in our fields. After I am gone, you must dig it up to share it among yourselves."
After the farmer passed away, the sons went to the field with shovels and tools. They dug every inch of the soil, looking for gold or silver. They worked hard for days, but they found nothing.
Disappointed, one son said, "Since we have already dug the soil, why don't we plant some seeds?" So, they planted wheat.
A few months later, the field was filled with a golden harvest. They sold the crops for a lot of money. It was then they realized what their father meant by "treasure." The real treasure was not gold hidden in the ground, but the reward of hard work.
