Chapter 1 - The love in darkness

The Chapter 1:The Whispering Shadow

Riya had moved into a new house—her grandfather's old, dilapidated mansion on the outskirts of town. The house was ancient, with broken walls and wide-open windows. The first night, she noticed the lights didn't work properly. Even when she lit a candle, shadows danced strangely in one corner of the room.

"Maybe I'm just seeing things," Riya whispered to herself.

But as the night deepened, the shadow became clearer. She saw the figure of a young man—a soft face, flawless features, almost like a living picture from an old photograph. At first, she was scared, but soon, an inexplicable attraction began to grow in her heart.

Over the next few days, Riya kept noticing the shadow. It would appear behind the door, by the window—as if trying to communicate with her.

One night, she dreamt of the young man.

"Riya, I want to be with you, but I am trapped here. You can set me free," he whispered.

Riya woke with a racing heart. She knew it wasn't just a dream. His love was real—but loving him might cost her own life.

Chapter 2: The Shadow's Promise

Morning came, but Riya's mind was still restless. The shadow's words echoed in her ears: "True love never fades, even in darkness."

That night, she decided to stay in the room again. She turned off the lights and lit only a candle. As darkness enveloped the room, she saw the shadow more clearly than ever—a smile that carried both fear and longing.

"Riya…" the shadow whispered.

"Are you really here?" she asked, her voice trembling.

The shadow moved closer.

"I cannot live without you. But if I truly have your love, our lives cannot remain separate. I want you safe."

Riya's hand reached out, trembling.

"I want you too. I won't leave you."

The room seemed to pulse as the air thickened. Strange noises echoed faintly. Their love had grown, but the house's mysteries were just beginning.

Chapter 3: The Shadow's Past

Riya realized that love alone wasn't enough. To truly help him, she had to uncover his past. That night, she waited again.

"Riya… my past still binds me," the shadow said.

"Your past?" Riya asked.

"Who were you?"

The shadow sighed.

"Years ago, I lived in this house. I made mistakes in love, and that cost me my life. I became a shadow, trapped by my own sins. Anyone who truly loves me must face the darkness of my past."

Suddenly, the walls flickered, and the young man's life flashed before Riya's eyes—love, joy, heartbreak, and punishment. She understood that his love was true, but his past sorrow had imprisoned him for years.

"If you truly love me, we must endure this darkness together," he said.

Riya gripped his hand.

"I will face it all with you. Light or darkness, I won't leave."

Chapter 4:

The Hidden Door

That night, they discovered an ancient door.

"Riya… everything about my past is behind this door. If we truly want to be together, we must see it," he said.

Riya shivered but stayed firm.

"I am with you. No fear can stop me."

They entered. Inside, everything was strange yet glowing. The walls were filled with pictures of his past—love, pain, mistakes.

"You must see all of it," he said.

"Only then can we be free together."

Chapter 5: Shadow of Freedom

Riya and the shadowy young man stood in the room. Everything was still—but in the candlelight, they saw the walls inside the ancient door covered with pictures. Each picture captured moments of his life—happiness, love, failure, punishment.

"These pictures are my past," he said.

"This is why I became a shadow. Anyone who truly loves me must know this truth."

Riya noticed each picture showed a past lover. Fear touched her heart.

"Could you ever truly forget someone?" she asked.

He sighed.

"No… but you are different. You are the light in my darkness. If you stay by my side, I can let go of all my past."

Suddenly, air moved through the room. The door slowly closed. The pictures seemed to come alive. The shadow of his past began to break. Riya's love and courage were freeing him.

Riya held his hand.

"I am with you. Our love can overcome all darkness."

Light sparkled in his eyes. Slowly, Riya saw him fully—no longer a shadow, but alive. His eyes reflected love and gratitude.

"You have freed me, Riya," he whispered.

"I am no longer a shadow. We will stay together."

Tears of joy filled Riya's eyes. The house was no longer dark. Light and warmth filled every corner.Their love shone brightly. They realized: true love can never be stopped by darkness.
