Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: The Prison of Forgotten

You open your eyes, but the lids feel as heavy as lead. The air is thick, stagnant, smelling of old paper and the damp scent of a place abandoned by time. You can't remember how you got here, but a knot in your stomach tells you that you know this place all too well. It isn't a prison of stone; it is a cage built from your own thoughts.

You stand up with a body that feels rusted. Every muscle resists, as if you are carrying the invisible mountain of every task you ever postponed. The walls around you are a dull, endless gray. No windows. No doors. Only a deafening silence broken by the rhythmic, irritating drip of water in a dark corner.

You stumble toward a massive mirror at the end of the hall. When you stand before it, your heart stops. The person looking back isn't the "you" you see in the morning. It is a faded version—sunken eyes, pale skin, and shoulders slumped under a weight no one can see. Behind your reflection, shadows move; ghosts of your old dreams, hobbies you buried, and the person you once aspired to be. They all stare at you with eyes full of silent blame.

Suddenly, the glass trembles. Words carve themselves into the surface in cold, blue fire:

"Welcome to your truth. Here lies the 'You' who surrendered to circumstances. The walls are closing in. You have two choices: dissolve into this dust, or find the 'Spark of Beginning' and shatter this cell."

A mechanical roar echoes. The walls have begun to move. The room is shrinking. Oxygen is thinning. Panic surges as you claw through piles of paper on the floor. You read the titles: "Gym Plan - 2022", "Learn a New Language - Failed", "Start That Business - Never Began".

Every paper you touch burns your fingers with unbearable regret. But then, beneath the heaviest pile of excuses, you spot a tiny golden glimmer. You know instinctively it is the "Willpower Key." But it is buried deep, and the walls are only inches away from crushing your bones.

"Not today!" you scream internally. You dig your nails into the mountain of excuses, grasping for that spark, as the entire tower shakes in a violent attempt to keep you imprisoned.
