Chapter 2 - Oh my god

Chapter 2 – oh my god

Oh my god…

Oh my god…

It wasn't a dream…

Oh my god…

I've been awake for ten minutes, and I'm completely lost.

Yet, memories of the snowy night and my encounter with that woman came to me instantly.

Oh my god…

What now?

Have I really been transported into a novel?

How… how did I even die?

The truth is, I didn't even need to get out of bed to see my face—there was a huge woman in front of me in the room, and yes, the child in the mirror moves exactly like me.

Damn it, stop mimicking my movements, you little rascal!

And what the hell… am I a broken doll?

A frail body, pale skin, blond hair… oh my god, these eyes!

Since when did I have violet eyes?

I lay back on the bed, staring at the ceiling, thinking…

Too many thoughts.

Well, no, that's a lie. There aren't any thoughts. Since waking up, I've been too busy pinching myself.

Yes… okay, I've been tricked.

Hmmm… what now?

Will the maid knock and enter, calling me "Young Master"?

Hahaha… I laughed at the thought. "Young Master"? I mean, I'm not in some medieval world, and that's comforting.

I guess that's why I feel calm. As long as it's a modern world, it doesn't matter where I am. All I need is a modern bathroom and a phone. Looking at this room, I can safely say it's completely modern.

There's just one thing left…

Where am I?

And what the hell happened?

Hmmm… doesn't matter. Sooner or later, my maid will knock, and I'll find out everything I need.

I wonder… does the maid have a tail and cat ears?

Hahahahaha… I guess I wouldn't mind that.

Tsk… damn it, I feel my intelligence slipping in this body.

Or… was I always this numb?

Ha… like this.

As I fiddled with my long hair while lying down, I suddenly heard the sound of the door opening.

"Finally, the maid's here."

But immediately, I realized something…

Why didn't she knock?

A sudden feeling of dread washed over me, and every hair on my body stood on end, like a warning from the heavens.

I twisted my head quickly, preparing to defend myself from whatever would happen next.

Yet, I could have never expected what I was about to see.

Oh my god…

"Quick, quick, I want to see him!" Eunbin said excitedly, dragging Revel along.

"Damn it, let go of my hand! I'm coming!" Revel replied, wondering what she had done wrong in life to have a sister like Eunbin.

They were heading toward a deep room inside the Song Clan's castle in the waking world.

The reason Eunbin was so excited was the person inside the room.

Their brother.

Oh my god… the word sounded strange coming from her, but still, it shocked everyone—though the looks of shock varied on their faces.

Their mother, who had only ever adopted girls, had returned three days ago carrying a small boy.

Upon seeing him, a conspiratorial smile appeared on her face.

And then she announced something that made everyone stare in shock…

She had adopted a boy.

And the surprise didn't end there.

She placed the child in the room, ordered the maids to care for him and summon a doctor, and then disappeared back into the Dream Realm, saying she had urgent matters, leaving the sisters staring at each other.

Unfortunately, three days had passed, and their new brother was still asleep.

At first, they were all huddled around him, but boredom quickly set in, and they left.

However, Eunbin had instructed the maids to inform her the moment he woke, saying she must be the first to meet him, talking about first impressions and being the first person he meets and how she would make him favor her above everyone else.

And that brings us to the present moment, where the maid in charge of watching their brother reported his awakening. Eunbin immediately leapt up, leaving her training session behind.

They weren't alone.

Behind them, Seishan walked gracefully, with Celine beside her.

Soon, her sister's annoying voice snapped her out of her thoughts:

"We've arrived."

Farat turned toward the door. The maid bowed to them. Seishan waved her hand and ordered:

"Prepare some soup and bring it to the room. No need to stay here—we're here now."

The maid nodded, bowed again, and turned to leave.

Eunbin opened the door, and they entered one by one.

There, on a large bed, lay a porcelain-like boy with violet eyes and blond hair.

"Hehehehehehehe…"

Revel shivered at the sound of Eunbin's laugh.

Their brother turned to stare at them. If it weren't for the constant annoyance from his sister's actions, he might have fainted from laughter at the expression on his face.

His eyes looked like a deer in car headlights.

He stared at them, terrified, like a tiny kitten.

Click.

He turned his head backward to see Celine pressing the camera to take a picture.

Tsk tsk… the quiet ones are the most dangerous. I swear.

She could only mutter.

Eunbin had climbed onto the large bed, sitting next to their brother, fiddling with his hair and cheeks, letting out her mischievous laugh.

Seishan stood on the side, observing like a strict trainer, though she noticed Eunbin's constant glances at their brother and her curious gaze shining through her eyes.

Celine, it seemed, decided to join Eunbin in messing with their brother's hair.

Ah… she really wanted to get back to reading her story, "The Young Master Falls in Love with the Maid"—hmm.

Hahaha, she remembered a scene from the novel and couldn't suppress her laugh, her entire face turning bright red as she quickly turned it away from her sisters.

Crazy.

Seishan thought, staring at Revel suspiciously.

She stared in annoyance, then suddenly let out a muffled laugh, her face flushing entirely.

"I really must tell Mom to stop her from reading those novels," Seishan thought, certain her sister's madness was caused by one of her stupid novels.

Seishan then calmly but firmly turned to the bed.

"Stop now. Both of you."

Eunbin and Celine froze, staring at her, and reluctantly removed their hands.

Seishan stepped forward and looked into those violet eyes:

"Hello, I'm Seishan. You can call me your sister from now on."

Their brother, hair messy and cheeks red from pinching, stared at her quietly for a few moments, then finally said,

"Damn."

Everyone in the room froze, staring at one another.

"Bwahahahaha! Damn! He said 'damn'! Shan, you're scaring him! Move!"

Eunbin burst out laughing, clutching her stomach, while Celine and Revel turned their faces to avoid watching.

They didn't care about them, though Eunbin would regret this later.

Now Seishan focused on her brother, who looked at her with fear and panic, nervously fiddling with the blanket.

Tsk… have you lost your courage after cursing me?

She stepped forward, carefully combing his hair until it was neatly arranged, then looked into his eyes and said,

"From now on, we are family. And family doesn't curse each other. These three are your sisters—Eunbin, Celine, and Revel."

Seishan quietly gestured to her sisters.

He looked around and nodded his head.

"Hmm… I'm glad to meet you. I… hmm…"

He paused, then raised his head shyly and whispered,

"I don't have a name."
