Chapter 36: Rin and Obito's Medical Examination
Obito brought Rin to his room.
As soon as she entered, Rin's eyes began to wander around the room. It was quite large. On one side were Obito's various toys, while on the other side, a new computer sat on a desk.
Obito proudly looked at his toys, then pointed toward the computer and said,
"Look! Do you like my room?"
Rin remained silent.
Obito looked at her and waited for a moment before asking angrily,
"Why don't you talk?"
Rin slowly looked at Obito and replied,
"It's nice… your room."
A smile immediately appeared on Obito's face.
"I thought you would be surprised when you saw my room!"
He looked around the room and continued,
"And you would say, 'Wow, this room is so big!'"
Rin did not answer. She simply continued looking at Obito in silence.
Ignoring her silence, Obito pointed toward his bed and said,
"Sit here. I'll be right back."
Rin sat down on the bed.
Obito immediately went to his computer, picked it up, and brought it over to Rin.
He said proudly,
"My dad gave me this computer yesterday."
He placed the computer on the desk and then said,
"I'll call Dad. He can teach us how to use it."
With that, Obito left the room.
He reached the palace corridor and called out loudly,
"Dad!"
A few moments later, King Leon Enkares heard his voice.
"Obito?"
Obito immediately replied,
"Dad! Come to my room!"
Leon answered,
"I'm coming."
A short while later, Leon and Obito entered the room together.
But as soon as they entered, both of them stopped.
Leon looked at the computer in surprise.
The computer was already turned on.
Obito was surprised as well.
"How… how did this happen?"
Leon looked at Rin and then said to Obito with a smile,
"Look, Rin has already turned on the computer. Why did you call me?"
Obito stared at Rin in disbelief.
"But… you never taught me how to turn it on. I thought Rin wouldn't know how to use a computer either."
Leon walked closer to Rin and gently asked,
"Rin, who taught you how to use a computer?"
Rin remained silent for a few moments before quietly answering,
"My dad."
Leon asked with interest,
"What does your father do?"
Rin looked innocently at her hands.
"I don't know."
Leon looked slightly surprised.
Rin slowly finished her answer.
"He uses computers… and he looks at the stars through a space telescope."
Leon remained silent for a few moments.
He thought carefully about Rin's answer, then looked at Obito.
"Obito."
"Yes, Dad?"
"Don't bother Rin."
Obito immediately nodded.
"Yes."
Leon looked at Rin and said,
"And Rin, you teach Obito how to use the computer."
Obito's eyes widened in surprise.
"What?"
Leon gave a slight smile.
"Yes. Your friend knows more than you do."
Obito immediately looked at the computer, then at Rin.
Rin remained quietly seated.
As Leon walked toward the door, he said,
"And remember one more thing. In a little while, you both have to go to the Royal Medical Room."
Obito asked,
"Why?"
"You both need a complete body checkup."
Leon looked at his watch.
"Come downstairs fifteen minutes from now."
Obito nodded.
"Yes, Dad."
Leon left the room.
Fifteen Minutes Later
After fifteen minutes had passed, Obito and Rin left their room.
King Leon and Queen Elizabeth were already waiting for them in the palace corridor.
Elizabeth looked at Rin affectionately and said,
"Come on. Let's go to the Royal Medical Room."
Rin silently walked alongside them.
Obito followed as well.
The four of them made their way toward a large section of the palace where the Royal Medical Room, reserved for the royal family, was located.
A few moments later, they arrived.
When the doors opened, they saw a clean, modern medical facility filled with advanced medical equipment. The royal medical staff were already waiting for them.
A short while later, the director of the Royal Medical Room entered.
As soon as he saw Leon, he immediately bowed respectfully.
"Your Majesty."
Leon nodded and said,
"Doctor, conduct a complete body checkup on Rin and Obito today."
The doctor immediately replied,
"Yes, Your Majesty."
Obito looked at Rin.
"Don't worry."
Rin quietly looked back at him.
The doctor began with Obito.
He performed the basic medical examinations, checking his general health, heartbeat, breathing, and overall physical condition.
After a while, the doctor said,
"Prince Obito is completely healthy."
Leon nodded in relief.
Then the doctor turned toward Rin.
Rin looked slightly nervous.
Elizabeth immediately moved closer to her and spoke gently.
"Don't be afraid, Rin. We're all here with you."
