Chapter 12
Frank Tonka the Twizzy
Mr Chicken awoke from their sleep. They chose not to wake up Frank Tonka just yet, just in case the people from the day before had left. Mr Chicken entered the house where they had seen the other person run before. There was broken glass and blood stains all over the floor, but still no signs of the other humans. Mr Chicken turned around to leave the building and Wake up Frank Tonka when they saw a trail of dried blood. Mr Chicken decided to follow the trail of dried blood. It led into the house next door to the one they were just in, from there it led through a series of alleyways and streets, occasionally going into other houses that were on those streets. Then Mr Chicken heard someone yelling, "GOODBYE MOTHER FU-!" Then it cut off with an extremely bright light that almost blinded Mr chicken. They quickly ran over to where the light and yelling had come from and saw a small glowing platform on the floor. Then a portal came out of the floor and sucked Mr chicken. When the portal finished, Mr Chicken continued to inspect the small, strange device that lay on the floor before them. "I think it is a teleporter." Mr Chicken said to themself. They soon realized that they had forgotten about Frank Tonka. Mr Chicken quickly ran over to wake him up, just in case he would wander away. When Mr Chicken arrived at where the two survivors had made camp at night, Frank Tonka was standing on top of his bedroll, "What is my Twizzy Twizzling up so Twizzly?" Frank Tonka asked Mr Chicken in a lively way. Mr Chicken interpreted that as "What are you doing up so early?" so Mr Chicken responded with, "I was looking for the person we saw yesterday." Frank Tonka looked proud. He said, "My Twizzy be learning." With a tear in his bloodshot eye. Mr Chicken described what he heard and saw. They both agreed to go and investigate the strange and unknown circle on the floor.
When Mr chicken and Frank Tonka were walking, it was complete silence but the sound of footsteps and the onion and banana rain. They were walking on an undercover footpath, acknowledging the loneliness that filled the air when Frank Tonka spoke. He was telling Mr Chicken his backstory, but Mr Chicken had a lot of trouble trying to interpret as fast as he spoke. Mr Chicken quietly mumbled the interpreted words to himself. The words went as "I used to be best friends with Gru, he was too despicable for me to be a good one. We had a big fight, and I lost and became a Twizzy." Mr Chicken was pretty sure that that was what he said, but it was hard to tell under the thick layer of, "Twizzy." Mr Chicken had no clue what that word meant, but Frank Tonka seemed to say it a lot. Frank Tonka Continued speaking, and Mr Chicken kept interpreting, "When I became a Twizzy, I started wearing lots of scarves, it was my Twizzy. I defeated many despicable Me's before the Twizzy rain. The Twizzy rain was my Twizzy." Frank Tonka started to cry into the large clump of scarfs that Mr Chicken had just noticed. Even with Mr Chicken's good interpretation skills, a remarkable amount of, "Twizzy" still managed to creep in. For the rest of the way, the two humans continued to walk in silence as the sound of onion and banana rain became a white noise that continuously reminded the survivors of their utter loneliness. Frank Tonka sobbed to himself the whole way, but Mr Chicken thought it best to keep to themselves as to not escalate the situation.
When the two people got to the assumed teleporter, they started talking about what it could be, and what it could do to them if they stood on the glowing part.
