Grey frowned slightly at Victor. Victor's head banged as fear shook his very core.
Had the plan failed because they didn't plan well? Or did Xavier see through their ruse?"
Victor shook his head. That shouldn't be the case. He ensured that nothing stopped them at all. If anything, he personally ensured that the plan was well laid. After all, there was a mole in their midst who thought they didn't know exactly what his purpose was.
Already tired of always being in the shadow of the Alpha King, Victor had come up with a plan to ensure that they didn't have to bother about the Alpha King anymore.
In fact, Victor has every plan to turn the man's smartness against him. Which was how this plan came into motion.
"You are telling me that the Alpha King didn't believe our talk of Alpha Malik joining our cohort to be the end of him?" He asked Grey again.
