Chapter 1 - “When the Rain Chose Us”

Create a romantic story of a girl and a boy with story title

Title: "When the Rain Chose Us" 🌧️❤️In a quiet town where the evenings smelled of wet soil and blooming jasmine, lived a girl named Aisha. She loved the rain, old songs, and writing little poems in the corners of her notebooks. People often said she lived in her own little world.

One afternoon, as dark clouds gathered and the first drops of rain began to fall, Aisha rushed into a small café to escape the sudden shower. The café was almost empty—except for a boy sitting by the window.

His name was Arjun.

Arjun was sketching in a worn notebook, completely lost in the sound of the rain tapping on the glass. Aisha sat at the next table, quietly watching the rain too. After a few minutes, a gust of wind blew her papers off the table.

Before she could react, Arjun stood up and caught one of the pages.

He glanced at it and smiled.

"Did you write this?" he asked softly.

Aisha blushed. It was a small poem about rain and lonely hearts.

"Yes… but it's nothing special," she replied.

Arjun shook his head.

"It is special. It feels like the rain is speaking."

That was the beginning.

From that day on, the rain somehow always brought them together. Sometimes they met at the café, sometimes under the old banyan tree near the river. Aisha would read her poems, and Arjun would sketch the moments they shared—the curve of her smile, the wind playing with her hair, the way her eyes sparkled when she talked about dreams.

Days turned into months.

One evening, the rain fell harder than usual. Thunder rolled across the sky as they stood near the riverbank.

Arjun took out his notebook and showed her a sketch. It was Aisha standing in the rain, smiling.

Under the drawing he had written:

"The day I met you, the rain stopped being just rain. It became a reason to fall in love."

Aisha looked up at him, her heart beating fast.

"Arjun… is this how you feel?" she whispered.

He nodded.

"I think I started loving you the moment your poem flew into my hands."

The rain kept falling, but neither of them moved.

Aisha laughed softly through happy tears and said,

"Then I guess the rain chose us."

And under the silver curtain of rain, they held each other for the first time—two hearts that had been strangers once, now beating together like a beautiful song.

And from that day on, every time it rained, it reminded them of the day love quietly walked into their lives.
