Chapter 2 - Unnamed

The Billionaire's Love (Extended Version)

The city of Kolkata never truly slept. Bright lights filled the streets, cars moved endlessly, and people rushed from one place to another. In the heart of the city stood a tall glass building that seemed to touch the sky. It was the headquarters of one of the biggest business empires in the country.

The owner of that empire was Ariyan Sen, a young billionaire who had built his success through intelligence, ambition, and endless hard work.

At just thirty years old, Ariyan had everything most people could only dream of—luxury cars, private jets, expensive houses, and powerful connections. Newspapers often called him "The Young King of Business."

But behind all the success, Ariyan lived a lonely life.

Every day was the same routine—meetings, contracts, deals, and business dinners. People respected him, admired him, and sometimes even feared him. Yet very few truly knew him.

Many women tried to get close to him, but Ariyan always felt something was missing. Their smiles seemed artificial, and their compliments sounded rehearsed. Deep inside, he believed that they were attracted not to him, but to his wealth.

One evening, after an exhausting day filled with meetings, Ariyan felt unusually tired. Instead of going home, he told his driver to stop the car near a quiet street.

There was a small café there. It looked simple and cozy, with warm yellow lights glowing through the windows.

Ariyan stepped inside.

The soft smell of coffee filled the air.

A young girl approached him with a gentle smile.

"Hello, sir. What would you like to order?"

Her name was Meghla.

She had bright eyes and a calm, sincere expression. Unlike most people Ariyan met, she seemed completely natural.

"A cup of coffee," Ariyan replied.

"Coming right up," Meghla said with a smile.

A few minutes later, she returned with a cup of freshly brewed coffee and placed it carefully on the table.

"You look very tired," she said kindly.

Ariyan looked at her, surprised.

No one had said something so simple and honest to him in a long time.

"Maybe I am," he replied with a faint smile.

From that day on, Ariyan began visiting the café more often.

At first, it was just for coffee. But slowly, it became something more.

He started enjoying the peaceful atmosphere, the quiet music, and most importantly—the conversations with Meghla.

Meghla was different from anyone Ariyan had ever met.

She was studying in college and worked at the café to support her education. Her life wasn't luxurious, but she was content and hopeful.

Sometimes they talked about books.

Sometimes they talked about life.

And sometimes they simply watched the rain through the café window.

One rainy evening, the café was almost empty.

Raindrops gently tapped against the glass windows.

Meghla stood by the window, looking outside.

"Do you like rain?" Ariyan asked.

Meghla smiled softly.

"Yes. When it rains, it feels like the world slows down. Everything becomes peaceful."

Ariyan watched her quietly.

At that moment, he felt something warm in his heart.

For the first time in years, Ariyan felt truly calm.

Days turned into weeks.

And slowly, Ariyan realized something surprising—

He had fallen in love.

But there was one problem.

Meghla didn't know that he was a billionaire.

And Ariyan was afraid.

He was afraid that if she discovered the truth, everything might change.

But the truth couldn't stay hidden forever.

One afternoon, a long black luxury car stopped in front of the café. Several men in formal suits stepped out quickly.

They walked inside and approached Ariyan.

"Sir, we've been trying to reach you. Tomorrow's board meeting is very important."

Meghla froze.

She looked at Ariyan in shock.

"Sir?" she whispered.

"Are you… a businessman?"

Ariyan slowly stood up.

He looked at Meghla with nervous eyes.

"Yes… I am," he admitted.

"I'm actually the CEO of Sen Global Group."

Meghla was speechless.

For a moment, neither of them spoke.

Then Ariyan said quietly,

"I didn't tell you because I didn't want you to see me as a rich man. I just wanted to be… normal."

Meghla looked at him for a long moment.

Then she smiled gently.

"You are normal," she said.

"I never cared about how rich you are. I only cared about the person sitting across the table drinking coffee with me."

Those words touched Ariyan's heart deeply.

A few weeks later, Ariyan invited Meghla to a beautiful park in the evening.

Tiny lights decorated the trees, and soft music played in the distance.

Ariyan took a deep breath.

Then he slowly knelt down.

"Meghla," he said softly, "I may have everything in the world… but without you, it means nothing. Will you marry me?"

Tears filled Meghla's eyes.

She smiled and nodded.

"Yes."

Months later, they had a beautiful wedding.

But Ariyan didn't forget Meghla's dream.

Together, they built a large public library where poor children could come and read books for free.

Every afternoon, the library filled with laughter and learning.

Watching the children read happily, Ariyan finally understood something important—

The greatest wealth in the world is not money.

It is love.

And he had found that love in Meghla.

The End.
