2 Days after the tragedy of the Flames in Sydney. Outside of the emergency tent for tending the survivors, the command control of the evacuation. Many tables were construct for the soldiers of the Australian army , Fire Moth Soldiers , medical staffs and the evacuees to eat.
Different moods can be seen around the eating place—survivors sobbing at their table. Groans due to injuries from being burned can be heard. Soldiers talking to each other about the news of Herrscher. Medical staff talking to each other while their shoulders are hunched, indicating how taxing the last 2 days have been for them.
"The Herrscher of Flames also attacked other cities nearby Sydney"
A soldier from the Australian army talks to his comrade. The comrade replied with a downcast expression,
"It's not surprising, every Herrscher that is born have something similar to each other. After being born, they will attack humanity at sight. "
"But the destruction this time is so severe, I heard that the destruction brought by the 7th eruption of Honkai is spreading all over the world. especially this country. It was destroyed by the Herrscher in just 2 days"
The soldier continued. His eyes look grim while he continues to talk about the events

The soldier stopped , his eyes showed worry. He managed to continue.

The listener stopped eating and lost his words. Every listener heard about it and they also stop eating. The situation is more dire than the last Honkai eruption. The buddy manage to open his mouth

Before he finished his words, someone beside him smack the back of his head

"Don't say something like that! As long as we are alive theres always hope!"
A young woman, wearing Fire moth soldier uniform is the one that smack him, she looked like she just became 18 years old.
The buddy lowered his eyes. He didn't know how to respond to this young woman's positive view. He is, no, he was a soldier of this country. But in just 2 days, his country was levelled and burned down by the Herrscher. He doesn't even know what the state of his family.
Other than him, more of the soldiers who came from Australia also have low morale because of what happened.
"Lylia, stop pestering them. They're reaction are normal. They just lost their country due to this Honkai eruption"
A husky voice sounded from the table nearby the young soldier, Lylia and the soldiers of the Australian army that were conversing
"But Capta-"
"Stop"
The person spoke again. This time full of reprimand in his voice.
Lylia stopped trying to talk and return to her seat.
The person that spoke, clearly have the higher authority among the Fire Moth soldiers that currently in here. He stand up.
"I won't find fault if you find our situation dire and thinking about if its the end for the humanity, Theres only one thing I can asure you, the fire moth is doing everything we can to find a way to stop the Herrscher. I heard that they will send Kevin to hunt down the Herrscher this time"
After finishing his words, the man return to the tent of the officers in the camp. His speech manage to queel the distress in the air a little bit.
"Kevin?! The hero?!"
"I hope he can subjugate the herrscher again this time"
"But aren't Kevin also a human? How can he fight that demon"
"Just believe in him, In the past, isnt it the same? we thought no one can kill the Herrscher but that kid, Kevin, manage it"
The little commotion also heard by others. Eijin, sitting by the table not far at the ruckus, eating his meal while listening to everything they're talking.
"Hmmm , 7th eruption, huh, it means that it already happened 7 times and they manage to defeat that kind of being 6 times before."
"Aren't the humans here strong then? or maybe they can also harness the same power that Herrscher did in Sydney"
"I also wont find the soldier of the destroyed pessimism not justified. Even in Arcadia, its normal to grieve or lose hope when your kingdom just got destroyed. And even more, in just 2 days"
"Oh, Kevin huh? Hero of Humanity, I will remember it"
Eijin continue to carefully think about what he heard,
"Tap Tap"
Someone tapped his shoulder carefully.
"Eijin, you're being silent, is something bothering you?"
A young boy ,almost the same age of Eijin is beside him. Also eating,
"Oh, Morti, dont worry, I am just trying to use to be blind, and eating while being blind is not easy"
The name of the boy, is Morti, 14 years old. Also a survivor of the tragedy. He received a burn in cheeks. His both parent shielded him from the heatwave when they are outside of this city that result for both of them to die and Morti manage to survive because of them. The medical staff ask Morti to help Eijin to get some food when Eijin wake up 2 days ago, and both of them became friends.
"You're too calm for someone trying to get use being blind, Eijin"
Morti replied while eating. He glanced at Eijin's closed eyes and sighed and talked again
Nearby medical staff that also conversing in the nearby table
"Do you know, some survivors are blaming miss Eden about what happened in her concert in the Sydney dome, The said if only she didnt do that concert here, the Herrscher or rather, Miss Himeko , squad leader of the squadron designated to protect her while performing wont be in this place, And maybe the eruption wont happen in Sydney"
"Those people! Did they forget the one that financing the livelihood of those who survived in the past eruptions was funded by miss Eden?"
"Can you blame them?"
"N-no, but Miss Eden doesn't know that this will happen!"

Eijin heard them clearly. Morti, beside Eijin, was also listening to them and told Eijin
"Do you know, my family were also recepient of help from Miss Eden, when our country were destroyed by the past eruptions of Honkai, we migrated in this country to find asylum, Miss eden the one who provide financial assistance for us to be able to start again"
"I guess, that Miss Eden is a good person, a good samaritan"
Eijin replied to Morti
Morti looked at Eijin again
"that Miss Eden? Don't tell me you didn't know miss Eden ?! Are you sure that your eyes have only been affected by the heat wave? Maybe your brain was also affected"
Eijin almost spat out what he was eating and manage to swallow what he was eating. After drinking some water , he replied
"Uhm, Maybe? My memories are hazzy , Morti, can you tell me more about Miss Eden?"
Morti stare at him with disbelief and groan
"Fine fine, listen okay, Miss Eden is-..."
After few minutes of Morti speaking like a duck, he was finally done.
"Now , do you remember who is Miss eden is ?"
Morti asked while trying to catch his breath
Eijin nodded in response
"Morti , you are avid fan huh?"
Morti pump his chest and replied with proud tone
"I am proud fan Miss Eden, Her melody bring hope to me, no , to us-"
"Okay okay i know , i know"
Eijin cut off Morti before he start to preach about Eden again, He already learned most of what he wants to know about Eden. He thought about it
"Isn't she almost the same with Quiin?"
Eijin thought about Quiin and in his heart, it seems that this Eden have the same heart of Quiin, a chill rundown all over his body as he is about to stand up, The chill is especially severe on his eyes and his heart.
"what is happening?"
Eijin manage to get grip of Morti's arm and manage to speak slowly at him
"M-morti, help me, can you bring me to a place without anyone ? or a place far from noise?"
Morti look at Eijin worriedly
"Are you okay? Should i go and call some medical aide?"
"N-no, i just suddenly feel the need to be alone"
"Are you sure?"
"Yes"
"Okay I'll help you up, okay? Ill bring you to a nearby open field with a lot of trees, but i wont be away from you , is that okay ?"
"That's fine by me, thanks"
Morti helped Eijin to get up and guide him over to a field, The field were full of trees, but the trees , some are burn and some have their leaves almost burn because of the heatwave cause by the Herrscher. Morti lay Eijin to the ground
"We're already here, are you really okay?"
"Yes , don't mind, here is good, Morti, thansk!"
Eijin sat down carefully, the discomfort in his body is still there. Something is really amiss in his body.
Morti looking at Eijin decided to respect Eijin and walk towards the direction of the camp. But he is making sure to look at EIjin while being far. Sound of footstep behind him and he looked over his shoulder, it's the young woman soldier, Lylia
Lylia look at Morti and look over Eijin that far from them
"Isn't he the one that became blind because of the tragedy, What he is doing there?"
Morti shrugged his arms and shook his head
"I don't know, maybe he just want to meditate?"
Lylia skeptical to Morti's answere but the latter clearly shows that he wont answer her. She stare at Eijin who is now sitting on the ground and leaning back to the tree.
"What a weirdos"
Eijin finally were alone and thought to himself, "Such a good kid". He carefully oriented his breathing, and he started to meditate. His eyes were hurting but not to the extent when he lost consciousness before. And even his heart is having pain. His breathing start to began to calm and his focus enter his inner space. He feel it.
"What is this, why is there 2 another types of energy in my body?! And why this one energy resembles the feeling I have with my chaos essence in the Arcadia? I remember that I didn't have this kind of energy back in Arcadia"
"Wait, this energy is the same kind of energy exuded by that Herrscher 2 days ago, its in my eyes and in my heart"
"What about this warm and kind energy? Wai-wait, I think i know this energy from somewhere, Isn't this the same kind of energy of Quiin when she was using her powers ?"
Quiin's unique type of mana that harness all laws in the world. Making her the most powerful person in the Arcadia. The people of the Arcadia world calls it, the god's power. But Quiin calls it spirit energy.
Eijin recall what Quiin told him when they are in one mission to kill one of the demon generals in the past

"So this warm energy is Spirit energy. Why would I have this energy? Isn't it unique to Quinn? But more importantly, I am glad I still have my own unique essence. But why do I feel that it is against the Spirit energy of Quiin? I can see that it was against the foreign Honkai Energy, but Quiin's energy is not destructive at the very least, right?"
Sighed-
"So many questions but how will I be able to find the answers?"
Eijin grumpily thought about it and focused on himself again
"So thats why I am feeling discomfort on my body right now, That Honkai Energy, Spirit energy and my own essence are fighting each other huh?"
"Wait! If I have the spirit energy, does that mean I can also practice the spirit-gathering art like Quinn now? But what will happen to my essence if I do?"
Eijin calm his breathing and started chanting
"North as the beginning, south as the end, west as the destruction, east as the infinity and the center as the unity"

"Spirit diagram, Reform!"
As Eijin began chanting the phrase that Quiin thought to him. Inside his body, a diagram suddenly appeared in his stomach. A 4-directional diagram that has a small space in the centre inside his body and Eijin can feel it, those 4 points of the diagram is like a suction and starting to suction energy inside his body, but the suction is so weak. A small particle was thrown by the end of one point of the diagram towards the centre
"I-Its the spirit energy?!"
EIjin was delighted by what was happening, but before he got happy too much, the particle suddenly vanished and was absorbed by something inside his body
"WHAT!? WHAT THE FUCK IS HAPPENING?! Where is my spirit energy did go?!
Eijin looked like a kid who suddenly showed something fun, but suddenly got robbed by that happiness.
"Eijin! Sorry for interrupting you, but everyone is being called right. There will be an announcement regarding the evacuation."
Morti's voice sounded suddenly not far from him. Eijjn jolted in his trance and faced the direction from which the voice of Morti came. Eijin forced himself to calm down and nodded at Morti. Morti help Eijin up, and they walk towards the crowd at the centre of the camp.
"Tomorrow, the first plane for the evacuees will be transported to the city of Langdu in the Continent of Mu. That city is where one of the bases of the Fire moth is stationed, and you all will be safe from there.
The one who spoke is the leader of the squadron that reprimanded Lylia earlier, while the latter is behind him, lined up with the other Fire moth soldiers.
Eijin remembered that in his ID, the address of his sister in this world is in the Langdu city in the Mu.
"I will meet this sister, huh?"
