The Central Kingdoms are NOT a federation or confederation or even an alliance.
I just gathered them all under 1 name because it would take a lot of time to name every single "kingdom" including the city states. Not that it's impossible because;
I could name every single kingdom but it would serve no real purpose hence being a waste of time.
