----Kay, Weeks Prior----
Kay was fuming. He'd barely managed to keep himself under control long enough to pass Lee off to Jacob.
"Mrs. Aenin, I presume?" Kays' voice was dripping with saccharine politeness edged with a silent threat.
Lee's mother scowled up at Kay. She peered past him and even went so far as attempting to push past him.
Kay stood firm, refusing to give up even and inch. He cleared his throat, forcing her attention back on him.
"You're the one sending those letters to my house?"
"I can send letters to my own kid," She snapped, defensively.
Kay clicked his tongue and shook his head, "That may be true. But you're not sending them to Lee. They're all addressed to my residence which is registered under only my name. Not to mention the…colorful threats contained within each letter."
