{Third Person}
Lila went straight to her bedroom after leaving her parents.
She shut the door behind her and stood there for several seconds, breathing heavily as anger continued to build inside her.
The confrontation downstairs had left her feeling trapped. Her parents had discovered what she had done, exposed her actions, taken away the evidence, and ordered her to stay away from Amara.
She hated the humiliation more than anything.
Lila began pacing across the room.
The servants had brought the shopping bags upstairs, and they were scattered around the bedroom, some still unopened.
She kicked one out of her path without bothering to look at what was inside. She pushed another bag aside with her foot as she continued walking.
She could not stay in the house. Every room suddenly felt suffocating.
Her parents knew.
