🦊 The Story of the Hare and the Fox
Once upon a time, in a green forest, there lived a lively hare. The hare was very fast and a little proud of his speed. He often boasted about how quickly he could run and jump.
One day, a clever fox saw the hare and thought, "This hare is very confident. Maybe I can trick him and catch him."
The fox went to the hare and said,
"Dear friend, I've heard you are the fastest runner in the forest. Would you like to have a race with me?"
The hare proudly replied,
"Of course! No one can beat me in a race!"
The fox suggested,
"Let's race to the riverbank."
The race began. The hare ran very fast and quickly moved ahead. But when he reached the riverbank, he slipped because he wasn't paying attention. The fox came close and tried to catch him.
Luckily, the hare was alert. He quickly jumped up and ran away as fast as he could. The fox was left behind, disappointed.
From that day on, the hare learned an important lesson —
Too much pride and overconfidence can lead to danger.
