ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤthe space she left behind
Nayza was heading frome tuition, people around her laughing and chatting with their friends. Some were playing in the park and some sipping coffee at a cafe...Nayza just kept walking alone.
She took a deep breath, smiled a bit " GETTING ATTACHED TO PEOPLE JUST HURTS ME, I'M BETTER OFF ALONE." she told herself.
The apartment was pitch black, except for the Faint Glow from the window, casting eerie shadows. The silence was deafening. Sudenly her phone buzzed⸻ a massage form mom : don't forget to eat dinner .
She looked at the message and said "I LOVE YOU MUM " then, she flopped onto bed. It was almost 8 pm. she thought of ordering food but she was running low on cash . With a tired face , she went to the kitchen — a packet of noodles was there. she cooked it and started eating while playing mobile game in her room .
sudenly something fell with a crash ,like someone broke something. Nayza's focus shifted from the game .
She thought - " what happened?"
She put down the noodles bowl , got up cautiously and headed to the door .the flat was small , the sound come from nearby ...the balcony ?
She thought — what could it be ?" A theif ?
Or a cat ? What is it ?".
Nayza went to the balcony and checked, saw the broken vase and her eyes widened but she noticed something — a huge bouquet of fresh flowers neatly arranged next to the broken pieces . her eyes locked onto the bouquet, it was a mix of her favorite flowers — tulips and lillies . A chill ran down her spine .
Suddenly she felt a presence behind her ....
Nayza quickly turned around, but there was no one there. The balcony was empty, the night breeze blowing through the silence.
She shook her head ,thinking maybe she's just being paranoid.....
But then her eyes landed on the card attached to the bouquet. She read it ,and her face went Pale. She looked shocked, confused and her body was shaking..
