"So, mind telling me why I'm strapped to a table like this when we're supposed to be having a rating game?" Blaze asked, trying to buy herself time to free herself, give Rias and the others enough time to find her and to stop Aremic and Varyn from doing whatever it was that they were planning, as she didn't like the looks of some of the tools that were covering the walls and were on tables surrounding her
"It is quite simple my dear Blaze" Aremic responded "the blood sample that you gave us before was not enough in terms of quality or quantity"
"Ok, if you wanted more you could just have asked, I could have supplied a bit more here and there without too much difficulty, but what do you mean by the quality wasn't enough?"
"No" Aremic exploded "A little here and there would not do, I need a constant supply, only then can my research progress forwards at the speed that I desire, only then can my dreams come true"
"Aremic-sama, please calm yourself" Varyn said calmly, placing his hand on Aremic's shoulder
"Yes, ahem, of course" Aremic said while taking a deep breath "as for the quality, we have determined by comparing the strength of your blood to your natural state, it is quite a bit weaker, we also discovered that there is a certain place in your body where most of your natural aura gathers, and as such believe that extracting blood from that area will produce a much purer blood sample that will contain more of the goddesses aura that we are after"
With a signal Varyn picked up a large circular saw and handed it to Aremic
"Why am I absolutely terrified by not only that tool but the thought that the area that you are talking about is somewhere very sensitive" Blaze paled, thinking of exactly one place they would be aiming for
"We are actually not after your penis as you may be thinking" Aremic smiled
"Oh thank Satan" Blaze sighed in relief
"No, the area that we are after is about a centimetre under your skin, the mid point between your penis and where your womb is located, as such the penis is in the way" he continued "as such it must be removed"
"Blaze we have a code red, I repeat, code red, get the fuck out of there right now" panicked Herm
"You don't need to tell me twice" struggled Blaze, exerting as much force against her restraints as she could
"Don't bother trying to get out of the restraints, they were designed with you specifically in mind and cannot be damaged by any of the magic that you have at your disposal, we have even accounted for your balance breaker and your holy sword Ascalon in our calculations" Aremic grinned, Varyn watching him from behind
"Rias and the others won't let you get away with this" Blaze shouted at them
"I'm afraid that they have more important things to worry about, for you see I never planned to return to the demon world after this, and so I have planned for this to all look like this was all done by the kaos brigade, the feed has long since been cut and measures have been taken to ensure that no one will be able to get in here for at least an hour, and it is such a shame, it seems like the kaos brigade will have gotten a hold of my research and used it to turn my peerage in monsters that unfortunately savagely ripped apart the Gremory group, with some bodies being so brutally mauled that it is impossible to tell who's body is who" Aremic taunted as he slowly inspected the saw in his hands
"You're even sacrificing your peerage" Blaze shuddered "Rias and the others won't go down that easily"
"Why? because of their combo moves, Xenovia's new familiar, or maybe because of Rias's new Gremory moon powers perhaps" Aremic smirked
"How?" Blaze gasped
"Bugs are such a wonderful thing aren't they" Varyn chuckled from the side
"But all locker rooms are scanned for any technology to prevent such secrets from being leaked" Blaze retorted
"Who said anything about technology" Varyn laughed as a small insect landed on his shoulder "now I believe that our old companions should be finishing up your peerage by now, they had their scent after all"
"The handshake, you marked us" Blaze realized
"Indeed, how else would we get you here, as for your companions we didn't control their teleportation co-ordinates in order to not arouse suspicion, that's why we needed to mark them for our experiments" Aremic stated "now then, I think we've allowed you to stall for long enough and have thoroughly made you understand that no help is coming for you, now hold still, I would prefer to get a nice clean cut"
"Unfortunately it seems like you have underestimated us" called out a voice from the entrance to the room just before the door to the room was slashed to pieces, revealing Rias, Akeno, Koneko, Xenovia, Kiba and Caspera standing there, with only a few cuts and bruises shared between them
"Impossible" Aremic cried in shock as Varyn frowned, his grip tightening on something in his pocket
"Release Blaze and surrender Aremic" Rias commanded
"How! HOW DID YOU BEAT MY CREATIONS" Aremic roared "THEY WERE EACH DESIGNED TO SPECIFICALLY COUNTER EACH ONE OF YOU"
"If we were fighting one on one we most likely wouldn't have stood a chance, but it seems like my luck is quite good, I was only a short distance away from everyone and so we were able to quickly, another trait of my Gremory bloodline, I can find my treasures quite easily, after that we were able to work together to take out your monsters" Rias explained "Xenovia, Koneko and Kiba could deal with anything that countered me, Akeno and Caspera and we could deal with anything that countered them" she continued
"WHY! WHY! ALL I WANTED WAS TO CREATE THE ULTIMATE CHIMERA, WHY HAVE THINGS GONE SO WRONG" Aremic screamed "IF ONLY I WAITED, I HAD TIME, I HAD RESOURCES, wait, why did I rush?" he complained, seeming to be confused as if only just realising something
"It seems that your usefulness has come to an end" a voice sighed as a needle was stabbed into Aremic's neck, the liquid within flowing into his body
Aremic slowly turned to see his companion "Varyn? Why?".
