2. BODY STRENGTHENING:
One need to channel their blood qi in their whole body through their blood vessels and Meridians, in this realm their body got stronger almost at an extreme supernatural body, capable of exerting force equal to 500kg, people can live up to 150-200 years.
3. QI REFINING REALM:
from here the real CULTIVATION starts and people step in the stage of immortality, one need to clean their qi and turn blood qi into Spiritual qi.. people's power get an exceptional boost in this stage, force- 1000kg.
Age- 200-500 years
4. FOUNDATION BUILDING REALM :
One need to create an inner world in side his spiritual body, this is the most important realm if any one want to become to formidable. They have to create the inner world with a known thing that exist in reality.
Example: metal, fire, black whole, planet, space, sun...etc.
Force- 2000-5000kg depends on how much stronger the foundation is.
Age- 500-700 years.
5. CORE ESTABLISHMENT REALM:
One need to establish a core in there inner world, which will be the source of the user's energy , it is a major realm, 60% people fail to breakthrough.
Physical force- 5000-10000kg
Spiritual force, can be used from this realm.
These are the realms in earth, after reaching core establishment one have to ascend to a higher realm. Where they have to start cultivating from foundation establishment again..
