Deep in the hearts of Africa, Centuries ago a rare occurrence happened, people who witnessed it called it a star, others called it fire from the sky but the witness of people were not the actual problem, it was the aftereffects of the star which turned out to be a celestial seed crashed into the hearts of the savannah turning every dwelling creature into a monstrosity making it unsafe for people around. The beasts in an urge to satiate their hunger penetrated deep into human territory forcing the humans to retaliate but it was to no avail because weapons were of no use spears broke at first impact, swords shattered at first strike and arrows simply pelted off their bodies and humans were being consumed at an alarming rate till one day five warriors arose to call upon the covenant of their forebears as a tactic to survive.
But at what cost, They had to make a sacrifice of their bloodlines in a bid to win the war thereby allowing the spirits of the Ancients to grant them powers to defend themselves in their darkest times allowing them to turn the tide of battle and push back the beasts for a while granting humanity a few years of peace and time for rejuvenation. These powers allowed them to be hailed as gods among their people for their overwhelming might. But as the saying goes with great power comes great responsibility. They were left with a flaw in their powers which they would soon discover as their journey unfolds.
