Mo Ling had always been confused.
He felt as if his memories were sealed away. Everything before his escape from the forest was a complete blank.
He always felt that he wasn't really an ear fly, that this body felt somewhat strange. Yet, the instincts of an ear fly constantly drove him to help his companions, rushing tirelessly around the cave.
Mo Ling had also shared his confusion with the survivor. The survivor told him that perhaps he hadn't been able to bear the sounds of war back in the forest, which had affected his memory.
Despite his confusion, Mo Ling never stayed idle.
He relentlessly practiced the language of the Feeding Birds of Prey, tested the sound propagation in various parts of the cave, and when he grew tired, he would go to the seashore to listen to the sound of the waves.
