The people blockading the company entrance were all construction workers.
Chloe Sinclair scanned the crowd, her gaze sweeping left and right.
Finally, her eyes landed on a specific spot. Pointing at someone, she said, "You. Out."
"And you."
"Don't bother shrinking back into the crowd. I've already seen you."
Chloe quickly singled out a few people in the crowd and beckoned to them with her finger.
Everyone followed Chloe's gaze and quickly locked onto the three people she had indicated.
The crowd immediately parted, clearing a path.
The three men had nowhere to hide.
They were completely exposed in front of everyone.
"Fuck!"
One of them cursed under his breath, his face dark.
But Chloe heard him loud and clear.
She spoke up, "You three were the ones making the most noise just now. Why don't you tell us exactly what our Shaw Group has done wrong?"
The three men exchanged a look, but they all kept their mouths shut.
