Chapter 1 - 001 Thriller Bark

In a ghost ship covered with holes and webs, and a sail that was filled with holes has two people on the wide deck.

But one of them you wouldn't exactly call a human because he was just living bones, but the other man was a living man with blood and skin. But once this was true, this man was hungry.

"hey Brook, if you ever leave this place, do you plan on getting back to that whale?" The man asked, and the Skeleton looked at him.

"Yohohoho, You jest Alex Laboon must've already forgotten the rumbar pirates, and if he did remember us, he'll be dead," Brook said while looking at the distant sea covered in fog.

"Well, by your description, it must have been an Island whale, and those live for a long time, and whales possess a remarkable memory," Alex said. He then stood up and got closer to Brooke. Leaning on the railing.

"You know If I wasn't half hungry, I would nuke that Shichibukai, and live," Alex said, and then he asked, "But if I do it now, then how would I achieve my dream?"

"But wouldn't becoming a legend mean dying?" Brook said, and Alex turned and spread his hands. "Yeah, but it also means dying with my name already in the history books, so remember I have a billion things to do and I want to do it all," Alex said.

Brook looked at him, "Well, young man, if you don't want to do that, then train your skill down to the bone Yohohohohoho." Brook said, and then he moved towards the middle of the deck, drawing his sword.

Alex walked opposite him, and then he smiled, and facing Brook, he clapped his hands. "Savage claw strikes." Then an energy covered his hands, and it looked like a wolf's claw.

His nails stretched mimicking the energy, then he charged towards Brook with the skeleton blocking it. Spinning Alex tried to go on the offensive.

But his charges were blocked by the skeleton, and with every block, Alex got frustrated, and in the middle of an attack, he changed his rhythm, and then he kicked Brook. and the skeleton was sent flying.

Getting back up, "Good, you're learning how to change your tone," Brook said, and Alex smiled. And then he jumped on all fours, and then he moved towards Brook in a straight line.

The Skeleton sighed and then slashed at the approaching Alex to only meet the ground as the younger man spun, and now a claw was headed straight for his left cheek.

Raising his sword, he blocked it, but as the attack hit, the energy coating on Alex's hands disappeared. And that made the sword cut his palm.

Looking at his palm, Alex sighed, "My strength is really weak, maybe because I haven't eaten in two weeks straight," He said, and he cut off a part of his clothes and bandaged the wound.

"Good thing we have wood to burn for clean water." Alex said, and then he sat down, "I'm sorry, Alex." Brook said, and Alex looked back at him, and without eye he knew that the skeleton was looking at his wound.

"It's all right. It's my fault for not knowing my limits." Alex said, but then they heard some screaming, and the two were alerted.

They looked at each other and then walked towards the noise to see a smaller boat from where they were standing.

"I'll hide you can stay here if you want," Alex said, and then he took cover in a dark cabin, sighing, 'So this is it... now how do I join their crew?'

Alex was waiting for this time in the two weeks he had been here. He had his shadow taken away from him, and his main power was stolen, now only being able to have the powers of the Shikigami he had.

Luckily or unfortunately, he only had the Divine Dogs Totality, but before he could tame a second shikigami, the ghost girl had ambushed him, and now he couldn't do the taming ritual.

"...I'm sorry for the bad first impression, but it's been quite a while since I have seen pirates," Brook said. And he continued with, "How about we go inside and talk?"

He then noticed Nami, "Oh, you are a lovely young lady." Nami shook her hands and denied it, "I'm not that pretty."

Brook tidied himself, and then he said, "Can I see your panties?"

Nami kicked him in the head, and Sanji was irritated, "A Perverted Skeleton," he yelled.

Luffy laughed, and while Brooke was getting up, Luffy asked him, "Can you poop?"

"There Are More Important Questions!" Sanji yelled with shark teeth; he reined in on himself and pointed at Brook, "Like, how are you alive?"

"No need to ask questions like that," Luffy said, and he cut off Sanji's questioning, and he walked forward, "Join my crew."

"Okay, but I have one condition," Brook said, and Luffy looked at him. "What is it?"
