ISOLDE'S POV
Seven days.
That was how long Greyhaven had been rebuilding.
Seven days since the war.
Seven days since Faiyrah's death.
Seven days since my family had arrived.
And somehow, every single one of those days still felt unreal.
I sat in the garden with Darian beside me, while my parents sat opposite us.
My parents.
The words still felt strange.
I had spent my entire life believing I was nobody.
An orphan.
A girl with no family.
No past.
No name beyond Isolde.
And now I was sitting in front of two people who claimed I had once been their little girl.
Their princess.
Their heir.
I finally allowed myself to actually look at them.
Really look.
My mother had silver hair.
Not the ordinary kind of silver.
Hers was almost white, soft and bright, as though moonlight had settled into every strand.
Her eyes were light grey.
Soft.
Gentle, even.
But there was something behind them.
Something old.
Something that told me her softness had not come from an easy life.
Those eyes had seen hell.
Her features were delicate, almost ethereal. Her lips were pale, just like the rest of her complexion, yet somehow she didn't look dull.
She looked bright.
Like she would stand out even in the darkest night.
Her body was full, and the regal dress wrapped around her perfectly.
Everything about her screamed elegance.
Queen.
Of course she looked like a queen.
She was one.
Around her neck was a transparent crescent moon necklace that shimmered whenever the light touched it.
My eyes dropped to her wrist.
There was a small tattoo there.
A crescent moon.
Right over her pulse.
My gaze shifted to my father.
He had silver hair too.
But his was different.
There were still strands of black running through it, giving him an almost dangerous appearance.
His eyebrows were perfectly cut.
His eyes were dark, yet there was something hazel within them.
Or maybe blue.
I couldn't tell.
They reminded me of the night sky.
His nose was straight and pointed.
His jaw was sharp and usually clenched, especially whenever someone mentioned what happened to me.
He was tall.
Very tall.
His muscles were taut beneath his clothes, strong and firm.
He didn't look old enough to have a daughter my age.
If anything, I would have mistaken him for a hunter.
A very dangerous one.
Not a king.
But he was both.
His clothes were regal, though.
Around his wrist was the same crescent moon tattoo, partly hidden beneath his bracelet.
I looked back at my mother.
Then at my father.
And slowly, I began noticing things I hadn't before.
My mother's soft features.
The slight sharpness at the outer corners of her eyes.
My father's straight nose.
My mother's fingers.
Long.
Slender.
Straight.
I looked down at my own hands.
They looked almost the same.
My father was taller than my mother.
And I was taller than her too.
A strange feeling settled in my chest.
They really were my parents.
Not because they told me.
Not because of the Moon Pond.
Not because of some ancient bond.
I could see pieces of myself in them.
And suddenly, I wondered how many other pieces of me had come from them.
Pieces I had never known existed.
My mother noticed me staring.
She smiled.
It was a small smile.
Almost nervous.
"What?"
I shook my head.
"Nothing."
But it wasn't nothing.
I wanted to know them.
I wanted to know what my childhood would have looked like.
What my mother's voice sounded like when she called my name.
What my father sounded like when he was angry.
What they would have done when I was sick.
Whether my mother would have braided my hair.
Whether my father would have carried me around when I refused to walk.
I wanted all of it.
And I hated that I wanted something I could never get back.
I looked at the way my father watched my mother.
There was love there.
Not the kind people talked about.
The quiet kind.
The kind that existed in the way he looked at her when she wasn't paying attention.
The kind that made him reach for her hand without thinking.
I wanted that.
Not just their love for me.
Their love for each other.
I wanted to know what it felt like to grow up watching two people love each other and knowing that you were born from that love.
My chest tightened.
Maybe that was the part that hurt the most.
I didn't just lose my parents.
I lost the experience of being loved by them.
Darian's fingers brushed mine.
I looked at him.
His eyes were already on me.
He knew.
Of course he knew.
Our bond had made hiding things from him nearly impossible.
His thumb gently brushed over the back of my hand.
Calm down.
His voice entered my mind softly.
I'm here.
I swallowed.
I know.
His hand moved from mine to my head.
His fingers slowly brushed through my hair.
The simple gesture grounded me.
I breathed in.
Then out.
Darian gave me a small nod.
Better.
Kristian cleared his throat.
"There is something you deserve to know."
I straightened.
"What?"
My mother's fingers tightened around the fabric of her dress.
Her gaze dropped for a moment.
Then moved toward the garden.
Anywhere but me.
I noticed the way her breath hitched.
My father noticed too.
He reached across and took her hand.
Her fingers trembled.
He held them firmly.
Not tightly.
Just enough to remind her that she wasn't alone.
She looked at him.
He gave her a small nod.
I'm here.
I felt something ache inside me again.
They had been through this together.
Whatever happened to me had hurt both of them.
And somehow, even after all those years, they still reached for each other when the memories became too painful.
My father finally looked at me.
"About your childhood."
I swallowed.
Darian's hand found mine again.
My father's eyes lowered briefly to our joined hands before returning to me.
"Your name was not always Isolde."
I frowned.
"What?"
My mother's lips parted.
"Your name…"
She paused.
Her eyes became glassy.
"…was Noctara Crescent."
The name echoed through me.
Noctara.
For a moment, something inside me felt like it recognized it.
Not a memory.
Just a feeling.
A strange little ache.
"Why did you change it?"
My father shook his head.
"We didn't."
His voice was quiet.
"You were taken from us."
My stomach dropped.
"A woman working as a maid took you."
"A maid?"
"She wasn't truly ours."
My father's jaw tightened.
"Someone infiltrated the palace?"
"Yes."
His fingers tightened around my mother's.
"She came from another kingdom."
My mother's eyes shifted away.
"They wanted you gone."
"Why?"
"Because they believed you were harmless."
I frowned.
My father continued.
"When you were born, everything seemed normal. You were healthy. Strong."
His expression softened.
"You were beautiful."
My mother smiled faintly at that.
"You were."
The smile disappeared almost as quickly as it came.
"But something was different."
"What?"
"You didn't shift."
I blinked.
"At your age, young wolves normally begin moving between their human and wolf forms. Some earlier. Some later. But you were already four months old and had shown no signs of shifting."
I stared at him.
"I was four months old?"
"Yes."
My mother looked down at her hands.
"We were terrified."
Her fingers squeezed her dress again.
"We sought the help of a priestess who served Selene."
"The goddess?"
My father nodded.
"She performed rituals. Chanted incantations. She looked into the Moon Crystal."
"The Moon Crystal?"
"It was an ancient crystal used by our priestesses. It was believed to reveal what ordinary eyes couldn't."
My mother swallowed.
"We wanted an answer."
"What did she see?"
Silence.
My father looked at my mother.
She didn't answer.
Her eyes moved toward the fountain.
Then the sky.
Then finally back to me.
"Nothing."
I frowned.
"Nothing?"
"She couldn't see a wolf."
My heart sank.
"The priestess believed…" My father's voice became quieter. "She believed you might not be a wolf at all."
Darian's expression hardened.
"She thought your heir was human?"
Kristian nodded.
"And that created chaos."
My mother looked at me.
"You were the heir to the Crescent Realm. If you weren't a pureblood wolf, the lords could challenge your succession."
Her fingers trembled again.
My father immediately covered her hand with his.
She looked at him.
For a moment, neither spoke.
Then he squeezed her hand.
She took a slow breath.
"Some began questioning Kristian's right to rule," she continued. "Others started gathering supporters. There were attempts to take the throne."
"Because of me?"
"No."
My mother's answer came immediately.
"Because of what they thought you were."
I looked at her.
She looked back at me with those soft grey eyes.
"We never stopped believing you were our daughter."
I couldn't speak.
My father continued.
"The kingdom became unstable."
He paused.
"And then you disappeared."
My breath caught.
"A woman working as a maid took you."
My mother's eyes closed briefly.
"She was sent to remove you from the kingdom."
"Remove me?"
"They believed you had no wolf. No power. No ability to defend yourself."
Her voice shook.
"They ordered her to take you far away."
My father looked down.
"And kill you."
The words hit me like a physical blow.
I froze.
Darian's fingers immediately tightened around mine.
My breathing became uneven.
Look at me.
His voice came through our bond.
I turned toward him.
His eyes were calm.
Steady.
Don't let their fear become yours.
I swallowed.
He gently caressed my head again.
I'm here.
I breathed.
Once.
Twice.
Then looked back at my parents.
"But she couldn't."
My mother wiped quickly beneath her eye.
"She couldn't kill you."
Her voice cracked.
"So she took you instead."
"Where?"
"Into the forest."
My father's jaw clenched.
"She travelled for days. When she reached a forest far beyond the Crescent Realm, she left you there."
My chest tightened.
"Alone?"
"Yes."
My mother's fingers curled into her dress.
She looked down, unable to meet my eyes.
"How did I survive?"
"We don't know."
My father's voice was almost a whisper.
"That is the part we've never been able to explain."
He looked at me.
"The woman was eventually caught."
My mother's eyes lifted.
"We questioned her. She refused to tell us where she'd left you."
"Until?"
"Until she realized there was no way out."
Kristian's expression darkened.
"She took us there."
"And?"
He went silent.
My mother answered.
"There were bones."
I felt cold.
"Human?"
"We couldn't tell."
"Mine?"
My mother's face crumpled for a second.
"We couldn't identify them."
She looked away.
"We searched for you for years."
Her voice trembled.
"We searched everywhere. We thought you were dead. Then we thought someone had taken you. Sometimes we believed you were still alive somewhere."
A sad smile appeared on her lips.
"We never stopped hoping."
I couldn't speak.
I looked at them.
My mother.
My father.
The people I had spent my whole life thinking didn't exist.
And suddenly I understood why their faces looked tired.
Why their eyes carried something old.
They had spent years grieving someone who might have still been alive.
Then Darian asked the question I couldn't.
"How did she get from that forest to Greyhaven?"
My father looked at him.
"We don't know."
"The forest wasn't anywhere near Greyhaven."
"No."
"So someone brought her here."
"Perhaps."
"Or someone found her."
Kristian nodded slowly.
"We don't know who."
Darian's jaw tightened.
I knew that look.
He was already thinking.
Already searching for answers.
We'll find out, he told me through our bond.
I looked at him.
You don't have to.
I know.
His thumb brushed mine.
But I want to.
I smiled faintly.
Maybe that was another kind of love.
Someone wanting to know where you came from because it mattered to you.
I looked back at my parents.
There was still so much I didn't know.
But there was one thing I knew.
"I don't want to leave."
My mother's expression softened.
"I know."
"I mean it."
"I know."
She smiled sadly.
"You've built a life here."
I looked around the garden.
At Greyhaven.
At Darian.
At the castle.
At everything I had fought for.
"This is my home."
My father nodded.
"We will respect that."
My mother looked down.
Then she stood.
"Come with me."
I followed her a short distance away from everyone.
She turned toward me.
"I understand."
"Understand what?"
"Finding your person."
My eyes moved toward Darian.
She followed my gaze.
A small smile appeared.
"When I found your father, I felt something I couldn't explain either."
I smiled.
"He's annoying."
My mother laughed softly.
"Your father is very annoying."
We both laughed.
Then her expression softened.
"I hope you're making the right choice."
"I think I am."
She nodded.
"I do too."
She reached up and touched my cheek.
"And I'm proud of you."
I frowned.
"Why?"
"Because you survived without me."
Her voice cracked.
"I sometimes wonder what I would have done if you had never been taken."
She looked toward the castle.
"I probably would have spoiled you."
I laughed softly.
"Definitely."
"I would have protected you from everything."
"I know."
"I would have never let you learn to fight."
I smiled.
"Then I probably wouldn't have survived."
She went quiet.
"I missed everything."
My smile disappeared.
"Your first steps. Your first words. Your first shift…"
Her eyes became glassy again.
"Your first hug."
My throat tightened.
"I'm sorry."
"Don't."
She pulled me into her arms.
For a moment, I froze.
Then I slowly wrapped my arms around her.
She held me tightly.
Warm.
Soft.
Safe.
Something I had never known I was missing.
"I won't take you away from here."
I pulled back slightly.
"But I have one request."
"What?"
"When Greyhaven is rebuilt, come home with us."
"Home?"
"Just for a while."
She smiled.
"Let our people see their princess."
I looked toward Darian.
"He'll come with me."
My mother smiled.
"I assumed he would."
I laughed.
"I'll go."
Her eyes widened.
"Really?"
"After Greyhaven is repaired."
She hugged me again.
"Thank you."
Maybe…
I really did have a family.
Seven Days Later
Greyhaven slowly returned to life.
Broken walls were rebuilt.
Destroyed shops reopened.
The market began filling again.
And somewhere between the repairs, preparations began for something much bigger.
A union.
Not just between two people.
But between two bloodlines.
Two worlds.
Two hearts.
Ombré
The night had finally come.
The full moon hung above us, enormous and luminous.
I stood beside Kristian beneath the open sky, staring at the silver bowl in front of us.
It had taken far too long to find something pure enough.
A silver bowl.
Holy water.
That was all we had.
Our Moon Crystal remained in the Crescent Realm.
But Selene did not require the crystal.
She required sincerity.
The bowl sat upon a small stone altar.
The holy water inside it was perfectly still.
Kristian stood beside me.
His fingers brushed mine.
I looked at him.
He smiled.
For a moment, I forgot about everything else.
The war.
Our daughter.
The years we had lost.
All of it.
Then I remembered what we were here to do.
I slowly lowered my hand toward the bowl.
"Are you ready?"
Kristian nodded.
"For our daughter?"
"For our daughter."
We stood together.
The moonlight touched the water.
Nothing happened.
I held my breath.
Kristian's fingers intertwined with mine.
We waited.
Then a faint shimmer appeared across the surface.
My breath caught.
The moon's reflection appeared.
Perfect.
Bright.
Whole.
I looked at Kristian.
His eyes widened.
Then the reflection changed.
A crimson light slowly spread across the silver reflection.
The moon did not disappear.
It merged.
Silver and crimson.
Moon and blood.
Together.
My lips parted.
"No…"
Kristian stared at the water.
Selene had never shown us anything like this.
A blood moon wrapped around the moon's reflection.
Not an eclipse.
Not darkness.
A union.
Two different forces existing together.
"She accepted them."
My voice trembled.
Kristian smiled.
"Our daughter."
I looked at him.
"Our daughter is truly extraordinary."
He squeezed my hand.
"She always was."
I smiled through the tears gathering in my eyes.
"Then let us give them our blessing."
Darian
I had prepared the garden myself.
Not completely alone, of course.
But every detail had been chosen with her in mind.
The garden had always been one of Isolde's favorite places in Greyhaven.
So I made it hers.
The stone pathways had been cleaned until they almost glowed beneath the moonlight.
Small lanterns hung from the branches of the trees, their soft golden light flickering gently in the night breeze.
White orchids bloomed along the edges of the garden.
Their petals were delicate, almost impossibly soft.
Between them were clusters of lily of the valley, their tiny bell-shaped flowers hanging beneath green leaves.
Snowdrops grew around the fountain.
Small.
White.
Pure.
Their petals moved gently whenever the breeze passed.
I had never cared about flowers before.
Now I knew the names of half of them.
There were also flowers she had once stopped to admire without realizing anyone had noticed.
I had noticed.
Everything she loved was here.
The fountain in the center of the garden reflected the moon above.
Tiny white petals floated across the water.
The scent of flowers mixed with the cool night air.
There were no crowds.
No court.
No guards standing around to ruin the moment.
Only the garden.
The moon.
And her.
I stood beneath the largest tree and waited.
Then I heard footsteps.
I looked up.
She entered the garden.
Her eyes moved slowly across everything.
The flowers.
The lights.
The fountain.
Then they found me.
"Darian…"
I smiled.
She walked closer.
"What is this?"
I took her hands.
"I have not known what love was until I met you."
Her eyes softened.
"My life wasn't meaningless before you."
I smiled.
"I had Greyhaven. I had my crown. My people. My cousins. I had responsibilities."
I stepped closer.
"I was a king."
My thumb brushed over her hand.
"But I was also hiding."
She listened.
"I built walls. I made myself cold. I kept people away because that was easier."
I laughed softly.
"And then you came along."
She rolled her eyes.
"I was stubborn."
"Very."
"You were worse."
"Definitely."
I smiled.
"You were this stubborn little half-breed who refused to leave me alone."
She laughed.
"And no matter how hard I tried to ignore you…"
I stepped closer.
"I couldn't."
My voice softened.
"When the gods bring your person to you…"
I looked directly into her eyes.
"Even you can't stop it."
I reached into my pocket.
Her eyes widened.
"Isolde…"
I lowered myself onto one knee.
"Would you do me the honor of becoming my wife?"
She covered her mouth.
For a moment, she said nothing.
Then she smiled.
"Yes."
I stood.
She threw her arms around me.
I caught her.
We kissed.
And for once…
Nothing else mattered.
The celebration lasted into the night.
Everyone was happy.
Darian wanted to give me the biggest wedding Greyhaven had ever seen.
My parents wanted tradition.
And tradition apparently meant…
No sharing rooms.
No sleeping together.
No sneaking around.
Nothing.
Darian looked like he was going to lose his mind.
I tried not to laugh.
Silas was still searching for Cassian.
He couldn't find him.
He had disappeared completely.
But for now, the war was over.
Greyhaven was alive.
My family had found me.
And I was getting married.
Isolde
The chapel was quiet.
Too quiet.
I stood beside Darian.
My parents stood behind us.
The priest stood before us.
The blessing began.
His words echoed softly through the chapel.
Words of protection.
Words of unity.
Words asking Selene to watch over the union that was about to be formed.
I listened carefully.
I wanted this.
I wanted Darian.
I wanted the life we were building.
But even as I listened, something strange was happening inside me.
Heat.
A slow warmth beneath my skin.
I swallowed.
I could control it.
I had to.
My neck twitched slightly.
I quickly lowered my gaze.
My fingers began tapping rapidly against my thighs.
Tap.
Tap.
Tap.
I stopped them.
Then glanced toward Darian.
He was listening to the priest.
His profile was calm.
Beautiful.
My gaze lingered.
Too long.
I looked away.
Why was I suddenly so aware of him?
His scent.
His breathing.
The movement of his fingers.
Everything.
The heat returned.
I shifted slightly.
Darian's eyes moved toward me.
I immediately looked at the priest.
He didn't say anything.
But I knew he'd noticed.
The priest finished the first blessing.
"A union such as this requires more than a ceremony," he said. "There are matters I must discuss privately with the couple. Things you may wish to pray for, and things you may wish to pray against in your marriage."
My parents exchanged a glance.
Ombré smiled.
"We understand."
Kristian nodded.
"We will return to the castle."
I looked at them.
"You're leaving?"
My mother smiled.
"The priest needs to speak with you both."
She squeezed my hand.
"We'll see you later."
Darian nodded.
The priest watched them leave.
The chapel doors closed behind them.
Silence.
Just me.
Darian.
And the priest.
I breathed out.
I could control myself.
I could.
The priest began speaking about marriage.
About patience.
About loyalty.
About the challenges that came with joining two lives.
I tried to listen.
But then Darian shifted in his seat.
My senses immediately sharpened.
I swallowed.
He moved his hand.
I followed the movement.
I hated myself.
Why was everything he did suddenly so distracting?
He crossed one leg over the other.
My eyes followed.
I quickly looked away.
My fingers began tapping against my thighs again.
Tap.
Tap.
Tap.
Darian noticed.
"Isolde?"
"I'm fine."
He frowned.
"You don't look fine."
"I'm just…"
I searched for an excuse.
"Not feeling well."
His eyes narrowed slightly.
"Not feeling well?"
"Yes."
The priest continued talking.
But I couldn't focus.
Darian leaned back.
His scent filled the space between us.
My breathing changed.
He noticed.
Of course he did.
He turned toward me.
Our eyes met.
"What is it?"
I looked away.
"Nothing."
"Isolde."
His voice was softer now.
I looked back at him.
His eyes were searching mine.
"What is happening?"
I swallowed.
I couldn't lie to him.
Not anymore.
"I want you."
The priest stopped speaking.
Silence filled the chapel.
Darian stared at me.
Then looked at the priest.
Then back at me.
His expression changed.
There was surprise.
Then understanding.
Then certainty.
"We're getting married."
The priest blinked.
"Now?"
"Yes."
"Now?"
"Now."
Darian stood.
The priest looked between us.
"You are certain?"
Darian didn't hesitate.
"I am."
He reached into his pocket.
He pulled out a ring.
I had seen it before.
A black onyx ring.
The stone was dark and polished, almost absorbing the light.
Set into it was a deep red garnet.
Blood.
Death.
Power.
The two colors together looked strangely beautiful.
Darian took my hand.
His fingers were warm.
He slid the ring onto my finger.
My ring finger.
The priest stared at us for a moment.
Then he smiled.
"If this is what you both desire…"
Darian looked at me, he's eyes scream firmness, as though this is something he is sure of beyond anything, his warm eyes lock on mine as he says
"I love you."
My heart skipped.
He held my hand tighter.
"I promise to be with you in this life and in the next."
Tears filled my eyes.
The clearest part of my mind pushed through everything else.
"I love you too."
The priest placed his hands over ours.
"Then, before Selene and under the witness of the moon, I join you together." For a second I wondered how he knew about the moon goddess, people of Greyhaven are still unfamiliar with the ways of Crescent Realm, but I am too washed up with heat and need for Darian.
His voice echoed through the chapel.
"You are husband and wife."
He smiled.
"You may kiss the bride."
Darian pulled me closer, he's hands on my chin and mine clutching his clothe,
Our lips met.
And the moment we kissed, the world disappeared.
In the next second, the chapel vanished.Materializing into somewhere familiar,
Darian teleported us straight into our room.
Our lips were still locked. I couldn't think or manage to observe our surroundings. I knew it was our room, our safe space. But all I could think about were his lips on mine, the feel of his skin, and the heat erupting in my body.
The pit of my stomach was so warm as my hands touched everywhere: his neck, his hair, his face, and the back of his neck, his chest, his back, and he kept on kissing me.
He was tall, and we were lying, fighting against each other. He released a shaky breath.
"I… I…" I said breathlessly, only to be pulled into the kiss again.
And I had no complaints.
His lips.
This feeling.
It was consuming me in ways I did not realize I could be consumed.
It's not the first time we have done this, but this is the first time we are doing this as a married couple.
He is my husband.
That thought dawns on me quickly.
Darian is my husband.
I hear him groan before he enters my head.
Focus on me, he growls in my head.
I nod, more like whimper.
"Good," he says.
His hands try to unloose the ropes that tighten my corset. Although he is skilled with his hands, the complexities of a woman's dress can get to anyone.
He growls in frustration while kissing my neck.
"Darian, hurry!"
"I'm trying," he says.
He releases a sharp breath, a breath of resignation, before he rips my clothes off my body.
"Darian!" I squeal.
"I would get you a new one," he says.
Right now, it's as though the fog in my head, the feeling, that intense need for him to be inside me in the chapel, has cleared a bit, and now it has passed on to him.
Maybe it's the bond.
Maybe I have passed my feelings to him while mine has subsided.
But I can still feel the heat erupting from my stomach to my chest, to every part of my body.
I still crave him deep inside of me, and I cannot explain this.
Is this what I'm supposed to feel?
Is this my vampire side or my werewolf side?
I am thinking it is my werewolf side.
I have not discussed this with my mother or my father.
How would I feel if they found out that we got married on a whim?
That we got married because I was unable to control my urges.
Focus on me, he growls again.
This time, I do not know how we got to the bed.
His hands are everywhere.
He is trying to touch me and remove his clothes at the same time, the feelings, everything colliding into one.
"I… I…" I whimper.
His lips are back on mine as my hands trail his body, trying to help him rid of his clothes easier.
My hands are in his pants, pulling and tugging on them to go down, while his hands are working.
One hand is on my breast, the other is trying to remove his shirt from his body.
I kiss his neck as he kisses me.
As his focus is on his shirt, trying to remove it, mine is on my hands down his pants, tugging them down.
And by the time everything is off, that same need and desire from the chapel returns with full force, ferocity, harder than it was before.
I feel my insides tingling, my wet pussy throbbing with need to be attended to.
I don't know where the strength comes from, but I flip our positions and sit on him.
Although I have been rid of my clothes, my undergarments still stand in the way of me feeling his body heat on mine.
I kiss him intensely, rocking my hips on his swollen member through my garments, and I feel my pussy growing wetter.
"Mmh… more… Darian…" I heave a sigh as my body keeps demanding for more.
"My trouble…" he drawls and then groans when my fingers travel to his nipples.
His hips jerk into mine, and I gasp.
New feelings surge within me.
"Oh!"
I kiss him, in between gasps of pleasure.
He isn't inside me yet, and I am already feeling this way.
I want him inside me now.
I want to feel his skin on mine and engrave the feeling in memory.
I want to feel that intense pleasure I read from those erotic scrolls I stumbled upon from the library.
"Take it off," I whisper against his lips.
"What?"
He furrows his brows as if confused or distracted from the pleasure he is feeling.
"My garments… take it off. I want you inside me," I say.
I barely recognize my own voice when the words leave my lips.
His eyes darken with need and lust.
Thankfully, I kicked against them using the inside corset and the outside corset because they both felt like they were about to suffocate me, trying to fit me into a dress, trying to make me pretty.
So I only let the main dress have the corset, while the inside was just there.
Bare.
I just have pants garments that are standing in the way of my body and his joining together.
His hand grabs my waist before my back hits the bed.
His skilled hands travel from my breast down to my navel.
Heat flutters in my belly from anticipation.
His fingers disappear in the pant garment, and I feel them on my sensitive flesh.
Jerking my hips in hopes his hand will touch me there.
Feeling my wetness.
"Patience…" he says, taking his time, and I whimper.
"Darian… please…"
"I love hearing you say my name," his deep voice says close to my ear before his tongue sucks on the lobe.
Sending shivers down my spine.
When his fingers finally touch my wetness, he groans.
"Already so wet and ready for me…"
"Yes, so please stop teasing me…" I whine, lifting my hips.
"Yes, Wife."
Wife.
He called me his wife.
I am his wife.
But there is this pride that swells in my chest, and my pussy weeps on his fingers more.
He hums.
"You like when I call you wife? My trouble."
"Oh," I moan as he slips a finger in me.
"Yesss…" I moan again.
"You are sucking my finger in. Let's see if you can suck in two fingers," he adds another, and I feel myself stretch.
"Good girl," he hums in approval.
"I want you to come for me but… not on my fingers. You are my wife. I want to worship your whole body."
A voice whimpers in pleasure in my head.
Same voice that I hear before my wolf takes over.
"Darian…" I moan as he takes his fingers out and sucks on them.
His tongue licking his fingers clean of my wetness while looking at my eyes.
He lowers himself before tugging at my garments and pulling it down to my ankles for me to kick them off.
"Open your legs, Wife. Let me see my pussy."
I do as I am told.
My heart beating with anticipation as he settles between my legs.
I see his hard member, long and ready, and I feel his heat on my skin.
Pumping himself twice, he guides it to my wetness, and I see the head disappear in me as I feel the intrusion.
And we both moan.
As though it is my first time doing this with him.
I feel myself stretch, trying to accommodate him, and his eyes are searching mine for any sign of pain, but I nod for him to continue until he is fully sheathed in me.
His thrusts start slow, trying to find a rhythm.
Before he increases it, one hand on my waist, the other massaging my breast as I moan his name like a mantra.
"Darian… mmh… just like that… oh…"
His hands move, pulling me closer, and I feel him deeper as his thrusts become relentless.
The bed creaks beneath us, his body is on mine, and my hands are on his waist, pulling him into me.
I am overcome by pleasure.
I growl and claw at his back.
He responds with a groan, kissing my lips and neck.
I feel myself tighten around him.
The lewd sound of skin on skin fills the room, and I feel the urge to bite him.
My teeth itching.
"Harder," I beg him, my hips meeting his thrusts.
Something about the way he groans in my neck sets my body on fire and releases an inhuman growl.
Grabbing onto his shoulder, I push him on the bed and take control.
Unlike when I transform, I am conscious enough to feel every ounce of pleasure and need my wolf is feeling and taking, and he lets me.
His hands just guide my waist, and his hips thrust upwards.
"My wife…" his moans sweet in my ears.
"Gods, you are ethereal…" he says.
"Mmh."
His praises make my hips move faster and faster.
"Ah… just like that. You're doing so well, my trouble."
And I completely lose it.
My hips are rocking his, my hands are in his hair, and my lips are on his neck.
I feel his rhythm getting stiff.
"I'm close," he groans, and I moan in his neck.
Still moving my hips and assaulting his neck with bites, kisses, and licks.
Until the final thrust of his hips meets mine.
Something swells in my belly, and I bite into his neck, my wolf howling in my head.
"Darian!" I cry out as my body shakes and his tremble beneath me.
Shaky breaths and gasps leave my lips as my grip on his shoulders tightens.
As the waves of pleasure begin to fade, I rest my head on his.
"I love you so much, my wife," he whispers.
"I love you, my husband," I tell him, and we kiss, everything fading, just us remaining.
"Do you think they heard us?" I ask Darian as we sit in the spring pool, the heat calming my nerves.
"Even if they did, we are married now," he says, kissing my neck.
"They don't know that," I tell him with a laugh.
"It doesn't matter."
"We do owe them a good wedding. That's the least we could do after they missed a good amount of my life," I tell him, and his hands find my waist.
"Whatever makes you happy, Wife."
"Mmh… you are getting hard again," I whisper.
"You are just irresistible, my trouble," he tells me before tilting my head back for a kiss.
