That kid was standing in front of their sight, and their daughter, who had been lost, had also appeared at the same time, making all three look at Nora, who just kept crying, and in the end, ended up nodding her head.
Telling them that it was she who brought Mark here. Or more like it was Mark who had brought her here.
In ragged clothes, Mark stood as he looked at the precious meeting of the entire family, making a smile appear on his face "Don't worry about the wolves, I can deal with them, but of course, it will be better if we can go to some place where we can found some privacy, cuz I have some questions to ask you, and if I liked your answers, then I promise to kill you all in clean and quick manner. Otherwise, I can't say what lunacy I will end up doing if I lose my mind, Ella and Zoey are good examples of that, right, Nora?" As he looked at Nora, who felt her heart stop as more tears rushed out of her eyes in fear.
"W-What happened to Ella and Zoey?" Asked Natalia as she pulled Michael, Nora, and Noah closer to her subconsciously.
"Well, of course I burned them to a crisp alive and fed them to fishes, maybe now even their bones must've melted completely, don't you think, Nora?" Mark asked as again he looked at Nora, making her entire body tremble.
"Burned them… alive." Whispered Noah in fear, as they all heard the sound of howling and hundreds of beasts running towards them.
"Michael, hurry. We don't have much time. Choose between a horrible death by getting bitten by hundreds of wolves or answering my questions to die a quick death. Chop, chop, you have five seconds." Mark said as he turned into a black tiger again and looked towards Michael.
Mind blank, Michael looked at his family, looked at Natalia, for what, he had no idea.
What could one choose in such a horrendous situation?
"We choose the safe place." Suddenly, Noah said, as he grabbed his sister and started running in the opposite direction from where the wolves were coming.
Seeing him running, subconsciously, Michael and Natalia followed him, letting him make the biggest decision of their lives.
But as they ran, they realized that maybe this was the best option they had. This was the only option that could keep them away from the terrible kid behind them.
Maybe this option even end up killing him, if they played their card right.
Because there was no such thing as a safe place in this dreadful place. The place they were going to maybe was the worst place anyone could go to.
The place where even wolves felt threatened enough to not go, and now they were going there, to the same place where they had come running, saving themselves, too afraid to stay there for even a second, even when they felt most safest there, even when they felt no risk there, but now they were going back there to keep themselves alive, keep their family alive.
While not caring about where these people were taking him, Mark kept himself close to them, running just behind them, making sure with his Darkness Overlord skill that no being was coming to strike at them from hidden places or anywhere.
When suddenly, he felt his sixth sense tingle subtly. It was so subtle that he felt like ignoring it, but as the seconds passed by, that subtlety increased in intensity, as his sixth sense started tingling like hell.
Angry and bloodthirsty, Mark felt like attacking these people and ending their lives right there and then, but somehow he controlled himself and used his darkness power to check what was in the place because of which his sixth sense was tingling.
Soon, an answer came to him, making him literally stop in shock and fear, but somehow he controlled himself and kept running as if he had no idea as to where Noah was leading him and his family.
To check whether he could run away from such a terrible situation if he did end up going there, he let his hind legs slowly go inside the shadow, and let his sixth sense decide whether even now danger was the same or not, but the moment his legs descended into the shadow, the tingling disappeared completely.
As if telling him it was alright to go to the place, cuz he could run away if he wanted to without any danger, but it just wanted to tell him about the danger he was about to face.

Crazily, they all ran, but no matter how much faster they ran, they were still slower than wolves, and this was all because of the bitch Nora, who, even in this situation, was the biggest burden.
Her speed was so terrible that Noah had to pick her up to run, and why wouldn't he, when from behind he could hear the snarling of the big black tiger, who god knows when, turned around to fight and started killing the wolves to give them time, as the sound of tearing rang everywhere in the forest.
As soon they reached to the terrible place, where he felt the most disturbed in his entire life.

But the truth was, ants weren't crawling all over him; they were crawling all over inside the very land on which they were now running.
As howling the wolves went so afraid seeing the place that without caring who was getting killed amongst them, they all started running back to where they had come from.
Back to the forest where they felt the safest, but even in this fearful ruckus, one being didn't run, and that being was Mark, as roaring, he jumped high, just to stamp down, but not towards the fearfully running wolves, but towards the empty land where there was no one.
