Chapter 1: First Day of School
Today was the first day of school after the holidays. I woke up early and got ready quickly because I didn't want to be late.
When I entered the classroom, everyone was talking with their friends. The class felt the same as always… but something was about to change.
A few minutes later, our teacher came into the class with a new student.
"Class, we have a new student today," the teacher said.
Everyone looked at the door.
She walked into the classroom quietly. Her name was Aisha. She looked a little shy but very kind.
Then the teacher said something that surprised me.
"You can sit next to him," the teacher said while pointing at me.
My heart suddenly started beating fast.
She came and sat beside me.
"Hi," she said with a small smile.
"Hi…" I replied nervously.
I didn't know it yet, but that moment was the beginning of my first school love.
