Manami Suda is a minor antagonist in the Jujutsu Kaisen series. She is a curse user who used to be Suguru Geto's secretary as well as a commander in his "family" of sorcerers. After Geto's death in the canon, not much was known about her other than that she joined hands with Kanjaku, who took over Geto's body.
In the canon, her motivation for aligning with Kenjaku was to uphold Geto's vision of eradicating all "monkeys" to establish a paradise for Jujutsu sorcerers. Some might ask, "Naoya, you don't know anything about others, so how could you possibly know about Manami, a mere minor character?"
To that, I simply say, "I am a man, and she is a woman." Why does a man in the real world research the history of a fictional character? The answer is simple—it's a matter of interest. Don't ask me anything more.
As for her appearance, Manami is a young woman with long dusty-pink hair that reaches past her shoulders and dark blue-green eyes. She wore a sleeveless purple dress and long dark heels.

"So, why did you choose to contact me instead of anyone else?" I asked, curiosity piqued.
"Because you were the only one who went to such lengths to track down Geto-sama's location," Manami replied, her expression remaining entirely neutral.
Was she the one who made Geto's location impossible to pin down? Nah, Kenjaku had to be involved. He was playing them like puppets, pulling the strings until they were no longer of any use.
"You do know that I was searching for him solely to kill him," I countered, a faint, mocking smile touching my lips as I studied her stoic face.
But she remained unfazed by my smirk, her expression unyielding as she asked, "Do you still want to kill 'Geto'?" This time, Manami omitted the respectful title she usually attached to Geto's name.
"Yes, and my determination to kill him has only grown. You didn't need to hide the fact that the real Suguru Geto is dead and that his corpse is being piloted by an imposter who merely wears his face." I watched her reaction closely; her eyes widened, confirming she had intended to keep that truth buried. "So tell me, Manami, at what point did you realize that the man you were following had changed?"
Let me dig and see when that Kanjaku bastard changed his plan and decided to fuck me up.
According to Manami, about a month ago, a man visited Geto and pleaded for a "miracle" to heal his paralyzed daughter. Geto departed to visit the girl's home, but due to a surge in political tension and an overwhelming influx of visitors at the shrine, none of his subordinates could accompany him.
When Geto returned, he was a completely different person. He avoided all contact with Manami and the rest of the family. He claimed that the planned attack was proceeding as scheduled, keeping everyone busy with preparations. However, when the assault finally began, Geto's own curses turned against his followers, ultimately resulting in the deaths of Nanako and Mimiko Hasaba.
Hearing all that, I nodded, "So you want revenge, huh?"
Manami gave a firm, unwavering nod, her gaze locked onto mine with a clarity that seemed to strip away the years of blind devotion she once harbored.
"I do."
Her reply was instantaneous, devoid of any hesitation or lingering doubt.
"He murdered Nanako and Mimiko in cold blood. He deceived us, exploited our faith, and toyed with our loyalties as if we were nothing more than expendable pawns. That thing masquerading in his skin was never, and will never be, Suguru-sama."
For a split second, an intense, raw animosity flickered in her eyes—a sudden storm of emotion breaking through her stoic exterior. It lacked the cold, sterile nature of a calculated quest for justice; instead, it carried the sharp, visceral, and jagged sting of pure, unadulterated bereavement.
Looking at her now, I realized she was mirroring the exact expression I wore back when my own blood-soaked rampage began, the moment I realized the world had nothing left for me but vengeance.
"Do think Geto Suguru would want that." No matter how everyone calls me a hypocrite, I will say it: vengeance is bad; the flame of revenge will rise to a point, and it will burn away all our ideals and policies.
I'm not suggesting that we shouldn't feel anger or that we must forgive those who wrong us; if we could simply let go, we would be saint, and frankly, nobody is a saint. I'm just saying that we don't have to sacrifice our entire lives to the pursuit of vengeance. Beat him if we are angry or hurl a curse at him, and if the sin is too big, just end him, but even if we can't achieve that, it shouldn't be a source of personal torment or a reason to lose sleep over the matter.
"What do you know about Suguru-sama? You were just mocking me just earlier for coming to you."
"That's true." I paused. "Then how about this? I will call you when I am about to kill Geto, and you can have your revenge. So till then, why don't you enjoy your life a bit? You seem to like being marriage age, so go on a date, meet someone, buy a house on the outskirts, and have a kid or two, and when the time is right, you will have your revenge and you will have a place to return to also."
"No." A firm answer.
"Stop throwing a tantrum, Manami. Frankly speaking, I have no reason to gloat to you. You are as bad as the one possessing Geto's body. Even before 'Geto' arrived, you and Suguru made a plan to kill civilians because they didn't have a place in your paradise. So instead of handing you over to authority, I am still giving you another chance, a chance to build your world once more, and a second chance as rare as gold in trash. So take it and go on with your life." I was very sincere when I said that to her. Even though she's bad, I believe we should give a second chance if we have the power. I am the prime example of a second chance. From a mindless murder to whatever I am now.
And what do you know? Life once again didn't go the way I liked, as Manami started to cry. "I know...I know...I am bad, but even a bad person has someone they care about. *Sob*Sob,* how can you say something so cruel as 'go on with my life,' *Sob*Sob*, when the man I respect and look up to is turned into a meat puppet? He at least has the right to be buried in land. He has the right to have a grave of his own like everyone else. And it was you all that turned Suguru-sama into a monster. Everyone blamed the monster he became; did anyone apologize for making him into one? AHhhhH...*Sob*Sob**Sob*Sob**Sob*Sob*." Manami started crying like there is no tomorrow. Snort and eyelashes smeared all over her face.
"You... are... You... are... *Hic* Hic*"
She is a grown woman; why is she crying like that, with her mouth open? At least take a breath in between.
"Look at him, making a woman cry like that."
"Basteard." That was a foreigner with a weird accent.
"Scumbag."
"Shit stain of toilet seat."
She was the one who started crying when I offered good will, and I am here catching stays.
"I like how she cries; she looks just like my wife when I beat her."
All right. Who was that bastard?
