In a sweat, I answered quickly, "Three minutes to go". " That's all I heard in my haste to finish it.
Masha! Are you all right... my bestie waved her hands in confusion "I am okay". I said, blinking twice, "Masha, you need to," I thought to myself. "But you messed up pretty badly.
As if reading my mind, my bestie, Moon, said, "I bet even the school prince will fail", to ease my stress, or maybe she's teasing like always.
I snapped back to reality," The school prince, Drew or whatever they call him, is popular for his striking beauty and top grades. I hate to admit that he's actually gifted..."Anyways, Moon, I'll catch up with you later". As I waved to her, she stared after me preplexed.
I headed towards the library, a place where I always hide my burdens.
"I have to win this", I hid behind one of the back shelves, fighting back tears as I sat on the ground. At least god gave me a second life.
Remembering how I died so unexpectedly, although I didn't value myprevious life at that time, cuz I lost everything and messed everything up, also nothing seemed to go my way.
Still, I wonder why I was given another chance... maybe to fix the undone?
Now that I know how things were before, I could at least change some occasions and try to make things go smoothly, my way.
Recently, I started to focus solely on my studies. Previously, in my past life, I wasted most of my time on uselessness.
