In Wyoming 2017 an ordinary Breach opened in [REDACTED] Two Liquidation Teams were sent in to observe and track down entities that had come from the breach.
In doing so Liquidation Team C83 headed by Captain House examined the breach. Unexpectedly hours after the breach had opened something emerged from it which has yet to happen again.
A cloud of thick black smoke rose from the breach into the sky. Headquarters lost contact with Liquidation Team C83 seconds before seeing the cloud rise. The cloud caused electromagnetic interference which acted as an Emp and shut down all electronics in the area.
The cloud didn't dissipate which led to a surrounding barrier to be put up and the town to be evacuated. Shortly before any personal could make it to the town the breach produced another wave of entities that entered the town.
Over 253 casualties and 2372 injuries were sustained before personal arrived and evacuated the area. Captain Barney who headed Liquidation Team C22 which was the other team that was originally sent in was found dead floating in a river that ran through the town.
Operation Badlands went on for 6 days with over 34 casualties accounted for amongst the Liquidation Teams sent into the zone.
Liquidation Team D48 headed by Captain Elroy had a run in with a pack of Goblins that had formed a parasitic relationship with a Koro. Half of Captain Elroy's team was wiped out by the Koro and those injured in the stack were eaten by Goblins.
Captain Elroy and two other members left the encounter, all three were injured and were cleared from duty not long after.
Liquidation Team A23 headed by Captain Parker entered the zone and took the town away from entity control. 183 Goblins, 7 Koro, 44 Onyx, 2 Sleen. That is the count of the Entity's that had been in the town.
Captain Parker and his men managed to drive most of the Entities from the town allowing other Liquidation teams to converge on the position and finally take a break.
After 4 days the cloud above the town subsided allowing more control to be enforced over the area. The 2 days after that were non stop hunting of specimens conducted by 12 different Liquidation Teams at the same time.
The Wyoming 2017 breach remains the strangest breach to date.
