Isflord, a fantasy action-RPG adventure game which uses in-game AI to produce completely unique scenarios, game progression, and NPC reactions based on the player's actions. Essentially allowing you to play however you want and progress the story however you want. It also offers extensive character customization both cosmetically and play-style wise. I've been waiting for this game's release since the first trailers dropped and tonight, tonight it finally comes out!
3 cans of BOOM Energy, 350 mg of pure caffeine each, pepperoni pizza, and all of my favorite snacks. You can say I'm VERY prepared. I've been waiting 8 months, 21 days, 11 hours and 34 minutes for this game to come out. And in 26 more minutes Isflord finally drops. Am I going overboard ? Well I can see how one may come to that conclusion, but what is life without passion? It's just a video game ? Well of course your simple brain wouldn't understand the complexity and beauty of Isflord. Yes the Ultimate Deluxe Edition may have cost me $187.56 however, wealth belongs to the person who enjoys it and not to the one who keeps it. What's that ? I stole that quote? Welllll let's not sweat the small stuff… OH look the game is finally available ..
Character customization is one of the most important moments when it comes to maximizing your game-enjoyment. So yeah, so what if I just spent 3 hours on only the cosmetic side of it, just know I'll be having the most enjoyment. Did I spend almost an hour simply deciding on whether I should play as a male or female character?… maybe and maybe not.. did I end up having to flip a coin?.. possibly, but ONCE again sweating the small stuff guys. More importantly we have the play-style side of character customization to tackle.
In Isflord you start off as a human and are able to evolve into different races using the in game mechanics—through certain quest lines and choices. So at least I won't have to spend time debating my character's race, at least not yet. Now then, point distribution.
You start off at level 10 with each level affecting the core attributes, Health, Strength, Mana, Stamina, etc. with an additional 10 extra points you can use to acquire starter skills / abilities, or you can simply use them to level up even higher. However what got my attention is this "gift" option, 4 points to acquire, 5 points to level up with a max of 3 level ups.

You can't tempt me with a chance to gamble, as a fellow gacha lover it would be a crime to not test my luck…
So why is my character level 1 you may ask?
Well of course with things like this, go big or go home as they say.
I got rid of all the starter levels to get more points and decided to go all in with this "gift" option.

From what I read, the way the game works is after defeating certain entities you can sometimes receive a Title and abilities / skills that come with that title, as well as some nice passives / buffs. You will also gain EXP points that can be used to either level up your character or your abilities / skills.
Also is it just me or is it getting sunny out ?
