Eros eventually found the library, and contrary to his expectations, it turned out to be much bigger than he had expected. The basement of the building had been divided into two sections, and one of them had been converted into a library.
The moment Eros stepped in, a wave of dust and spiderwebs attacked him.
The place smelled of dry paper and there was hardly any source of light other than the dim glowing candles hanging on the wall. They lit up the moment he stepped in.
Eros wasn't too bothered about the dust as he just needed a few books.
The shelves were arranged in rows and columns fitted closely together, leaving only little space for him to maneuver his way through the different corners of the library.
It didn't take long for Eros to realize that he had underestimated how long it would take for him to actually find what he was looking for.
A few hours later he stepped out of the basement, coughing and covered in dust and cobwebs.
