Nappa's massive body was embedded deep into the mountainside and covered in blood.
His once-imposing battle armor had been reduced to broken plastic fragments hanging loosely from his body.
One of his eyes was swollen shut, blood foam dripped from the corner of his mouth, and he looked completely miserable.
"Cough, cough..."
Nappa struggled to crawl out of the pile of rocks as his body trembled from pain and rage.
Humiliation.
An unprecedented humiliation.
As an elite warrior who had followed Prince Vegeta across the universe conquering planets, he had actually been sent flying like a kicked ball by a small child from Earth.
And it had been done with pure physical strength.
"Unforgivable... absolutely unforgivable!!"
Nappa's eyes turned bloodshot as his reason was completely consumed by anger.
He looked toward Trunks in the distance, who was making faces and slapping his butt in mockery, and his killing intent exploded.
He no longer cared about Vegeta's orders or the Dragon Balls.
He only wanted one thing.
To erase this brat and destroy this entire planet.
"I'm going to turn all of you into ashes!!"
Nappa suddenly opened his mouth and aimed directly at Trunks.
A terrifying amount of energy gathered rapidly inside his mouth as the surrounding air distorted and crackled.
Golden light grew brighter and brighter.
This was his strongest move, the Super Explosive Wave.
This was not just a normal Ki blast but a high-density destruction beam condensed from his internal energy, powerful enough to instantly level East City or even pierce the Earth's crust.
"Die, you brat!!"
A thick golden pillar of light exploded forward and rushed straight toward Trunks with overwhelming destructive force.
Wherever the beam passed, the ground split open into a deep trench, rocks vaporized instantly, and even the air itself ignited.
Trunks was still young and lacked real combat experience.
Although his earlier Kamehameha had been powerful, it had consumed a large portion of his stamina.
He had not expected the opponent to suddenly launch such a finishing attack.
Facing the incoming destruction beam, Trunks froze as his small face turned pale.
The intense heat made him instinctively afraid.
He tried to raise his hands to block, but his body felt heavy.
"Trunks!!"
Piccolo and Gohan shouted in alarm as they tried to rush forward to help him.
But the beam was too fast.
At that critical moment, everything on the battlefield seemed to freeze.
There was no explosion.
No shockwave.
Even the wind seemed to stop moving.
Trunks slowly opened his tightly shut eyes.
Less than half a meter in front of him stood a broad figure.
It was someone wearing an orange Turtle School uniform.
His bald head reflected the glow of the energy wave.
But to Trunks, this back looked taller than any mountain and more reliable than any fortress.
It was Dad.
Krillin simply raised his right hand.
There were no flames around his palm and no bulging veins.
He casually spread his fingers and blocked Nappa's city-destroying Super Explosive Wave.
The instant the violent energy beam touched Krillin's palm, it was completely stopped.
The beam was forcibly compressed in his hand.
The several-meter-wide pillar of energy shrank into a sphere only the size of a tennis ball.
The light sphere spun wildly in his palm and released sharp hissing sounds, but it could not break through that thin layer of skin.
"This... how is this possible?!" Nappa remained frozen in his attack position as his eyes nearly popped out of their sockets.
He felt as if an invisible hand was choking his throat as his remaining energy was forced backward.
"He caught it with one hand?!" Vegeta's pupils shrank sharply as every hair on his body stood on end.
"He didn't even use Ki? He relied purely on physical strength? That's impossible! Even I couldn't stop a full-power energy wave so easily!"
Krillin ignored both Nappa and Vegeta.
His expression remained calm.
At that moment, the system panel appeared in his mind as golden data refreshed slowly.

Not even a trace remained.
Krillin slowly turned around and checked Trunks behind him to make sure his son was only startled and not injured.
He let out a quiet breath and gently patted Trunks on the head.
Then he turned back toward Nappa.
The warmth in his eyes disappeared instantly.
The temperature in his gaze dropped to absolute zero.
He did not release his aura.
He did not shout.
Yet just standing there, he felt like the center of the universe itself.
"Hitting my son?" Krillin's voice was calm and soft.
But each word struck Nappa's heart like a hammer.
"Did you get my permission?"
At that moment, an invisible and terrifying pressure spread across the battlefield with Krillin at the center.
There was no killing intent in this pressure.
Only pure overwhelming strength beyond biological limits.
The clouds in the sky scattered instantly, revealing the dark emptiness of space above.
The Earth groaned under the pressure.
Countless pieces of rubble slowly floated upward against gravity before being crushed into dust midair.
Nappa's legs gave out.
He dropped to his knees.
The fear rising from deep inside his soul made even the thought of escape impossible.
He no longer felt like he was facing an Earthling.
He felt like he was standing before an ancient beast that had just awakened.
The entire battlefield fell silent.
Everyone held their breath as they stared at the bald figure standing calmly among the ruins after crushing a massive energy wave with one hand.
Only one thought remained in their minds.
This man is ridiculously strong.
