Fugaku Uchiha!

The last clan head of the Uchiha. Canon fodder. The father of a certain filial son.

'The world knows Lord Itachi held back… but they forget Fugaku just laid down and died. This guy's a piece of work too.'

Looking at the young man only slightly older than himself, a flood of thoughts rushed through Qianyu's mind. He finally nodded. "Good."

"Tell me about your friend's condition," Qianyu asked as they hurried towards another tent.

"During a skirmish with Suna, my friend inhaled some kind of toxic gas. She's been unconscious ever since. The medics in my unit are at a loss… damn it!" Fugaku sighed, a hint of regret in his voice. He should have used his privilege as the Uchiha heir to bring some of the clan's best medics to the front.

'This 'friend' must be pretty important to Fugaku.' Qianyu noted inwardly.

"Dr. Qianyu, this is my friend, Uchiha Miyu."

Following Fugaku, they entered a small, private tent. Only one unconscious woman lay inside, clearly Qianyu's patient.

'Tsk. A private room. Typical Uchiha privilege.'

Uchiha Miyu looked to be Fugaku's age. Gentle features. A good figure. Qianyu moved quickly, his hands conducting a thorough examination.

Her skin and mucous membranes were cherry red. Pupils dilated. Vital signs weak. Classic poisoning.

"Hmm…"

Qianyu leaned close to Miyu's mouth and nose, checking her breath for any distinctive odor—a clue to the toxin.

"Your friend's situation is indeed tricky," Qianyu concluded after his assessment.

Miyu was poisoned by something complex. The toxin had seeped into her internal organs. Complete systemic failure could happen any moment. The poisoner was a master. The venom had fused with her chakra itself.

In her weakened state, trying to forcibly purge the toxin would likely kill her faster. The only way was to meticulously strip every trace of poison from her system without damaging the host. It demanded insane chakra control and focus. No wonder the local medics gave up.

"Then…" Fugaku's heart sank. "Dr. Qianyu… can you save her?"

Qianyu nodded, confidence in his eyes. "Naturally."

With 'Perfect Chakra Control,' advanced medical ninjutsu once beyond his reach was now child's play.

The principles weren't secret. Every medic learned them. Knowing and doing were different worlds. The difficulty wasn't the theory, but the microscopic precision of chakra control. It was like splitting an atom—simple in concept, nearly impossible in practice.

"No time to waste. Let's begin."

After informing Fugaku, Qianyu began removing Miyu's clothes, revealing pale, delicate skin.

"Chakra Scalpel!"

A blade of sharp chakra formed over Qianyu's hand. It swept across Miyu's torso, opening a clean, precise incision at the affected area.

"Next step… Delicate Illness Extraction Technique!"

This jutsu demanded extreme chakra control. The user had to sense the chaotic chakra within the patient to locate the toxin's root. For the current Qianyu, it was no challenge at all.

Puff… Puff… Puff…

Under Qianyu's guidance, strands of pure chakra entered Miyu's meridian system through the incision.

"Mmmh…"

On the stretcher, Miyu, still unconscious, furrowed her delicate brows and let out a pained whimper.

"Dr. Qianyu, is she…" Fugaku winced, his voice careful, soft, afraid to interrupt.

"Oh. The body's meridians are tiny. Sudden foreign intrusion hurts. Normal." Qianyu, fully focused on channeling chakra into Miyu, answered distractedly.

Fugaku: "???"

That was technically true. But coming from Qianyu, it sounded… weird.

Zzzzt…

Qianyu multitasked. One stream of chakra sought out, isolated, and extracted the fused toxin. Another simultaneously applied medical ninjutsu to repair the damaged tissue.

As the poison was drawn out, the pallor on Miyu's face visibly receded, replaced by a healthy color.

"Miyu… that's great!" Fugaku's eyes shone with relief.

"Whew…" Qianyu let out a long breath, weariness settling on his features. His control was top-tier, but the procedure was draining. Without his newfound Senju vitality, he'd be flat on his back.

Ding! Treatment successful. Host awarded 'Uchiha-Style: Shadow Dance Step'!

The system prompt jolted Qianyu's tired spirit awake.

'After all that work… finally a decent reward!'

No Kekkei Genkai. His dream of a Susano'o-clad Buddha would have to wait. But this was good.

'Uchiha-Style: Shadow Dance Step': B-Rank Taijutsu. An elegant, dance-like combat footwork. Origins attributed to a certain Madara. Effective for both attack and retreat. Highly practical. Can be integrated with various sword styles.

"You've worked hard, Dr. Qianyu!" Fugaku said, emotion thick in his voice as he looked at Miyu's improved condition. He'd come to Qianyu as a last resort. And the young medic had actually done it.

Closing the system screen, Qianyu waved a hand. "No trouble at all. I kinda enjoyed it." He smiled. "Just to be safe, I'll run a full check-up."

"Yes, of course! Please!" Fugaku agreed eagerly.

As he performed the check-up, Qianyu asked casually, "She's important to you, Fugaku?"

"Ah, yes. Miyu is the love of my life." Fugaku's gaze softened, full of tenderness as he looked at the bed. (Revive, my love!)

'…The hell?!'

Qianyu's hands froze. He turned his head, utterly bewildered.

'If I remember right, your wife's name is Uchiha Mikoto…'

Trying not to sound like a gossip, Qianyu feigned nonchalance. "Uh, Fugaku… do you know an Uchiha Mikoto?"

"Of course. She's Miyu's younger sister." Fugaku nodded, looking curiously at Qianyu. "Do you know Mikoto, Dr. Qianyu?"

'Oh. Well then.'

Qianyu was momentarily speechless. He pointed at Miyu, changing the subject. "Fugaku, the toxin is completely purged. No further issues. She just needs rest."

"Good." Fugaku gave a slight nod, his expression turning serious as he faced Qianyu. "Qianyu. I owe you a great debt. If you ever need anything, come find me at the Uchiha compound."

The address had subtly shifted from 'Dr. Qianyu' to 'Qianyu.' This young man, with such profound skill and no clan backing, was brimming with potential. In Fugaku's mind, Qianyu was now someone worth befriending—and recruiting. Having him under the Uchiha banner would be a massive safety net for the clan.

"Alright. I'll remember that, Fugaku. Thanks in advance." Qianyu smiled and nodded back, accepting the offered favor.
