"This child is still so stubborn," Tsunade said softly as she gently stroked Sora's face with a pained expression.
"Lady Tsunade, is Sora alright?" Shizune asked anxiously.
"He will be fine because I have stabilized his injuries, and with his physique and my medical ninjutsu he should recover in a few days," Tsunade said calmly.
"However, the depletion of his Vital Energy and Blood will not be so easy to restore."
"What is there to worry about because Lady Tsunade can feed Sora the—Ah! Do not hit me!"
Shizune exclaimed as Tsunade struck her before she could finish her sentence, since Shizune had clearly gestured toward Tsunade's ample chest.
"Idiot, do you really think I am a god and that Immortal Pill works for everything?" Tsunade snapped.
"With the current strength of his Vital Energy and Blood, that pill would only support his daily cultivation, and to recover from injuries this severe he needs something with far higher nutritional value."
"Then what should we do?" Shizune asked nervously.
"This time Sora has damaged his foundation because healing the wounds is easy but replenishing his Origin is difficult," Tsunade explained seriously.
"As far as I know, there are three methods to solve this problem, and the first is to find a substance with extremely high nutritional value.
The second is obtaining the blood of the Uzumaki Clan, and the third is the blood and chakra of the Senju Clan."
"Lady Tsunade, are you not from the Senju Clan?" Shizune said excitedly.
"I am talking about someone like my great-grandfather who awakened the Wood Bloodline Limit and possessed the Sage Body, not someone half-baked like me," Tsunade replied irritably.

"The best solution would be for Sora to learn Sage Mode and use Natural Energy to nourish his body, which is both effective and fast," Tsunade said thoughtfully.
"The second method is for Sora to slowly temper and nourish his Vital Energy and Blood himself, but that would be far slower.
