An alleyway near the factory.
The curly-haired young man, Dr. Bruce Banner, the target of the elite soldiers' capture operation, desperately scrambled to escape.
Beep beep beep!
Due to the intense exercise, Bruce Banner's brows furrowed tightly and his face filled with terror.
The heart rate monitor on his left wrist began to emit warning sounds. Its reading had climbed from over a hundred to two hundred.
"Don't come out. Don't come out. Just hold on a little longer," Bruce Banner muttered while gasping for air.
His right hand pressed firmly against his chest as his heart pounded powerfully inside, like a monster roaring in anger.
Under his self-talk, the monster inside subtly began to recede. But just then, two soldiers suddenly burst out from the alley ahead, blocking his path with their firearms aimed at him.
"Stop! Don't move!"
Bruce Banner's face changed. He turned to run back, but footsteps and figures followed one after another, instantly blocking the path behind him with more soldiers.
"Raise your hands! Squat down! You have nowhere to run!" Bronski emerged from the ranks, aiming his gun at Bruce Banner and speaking coldly.
"Don't force me. If this continues, it's going to come out," Bruce Banner reluctantly raised his hands, his face full of terror.
Facing a dead end, his heart rate watch began to beep again. The value had quietly jumped past two hundred.
"What's going to come out?" Bronski frowned. Not thinking too much and wanting to prevent any accidents, he instinctively pulled the trigger.
The tranquilizer dart accurately hit Bruce Banner's neck.
Bruce Banner's eyelids fluttered, and he collapsed unconscious from the nerve paralysis, face down on the dim alley floor.
Only the heart rate watch continued to emit warning sounds. No one noticed that the value on it was already approaching the critical point of three hundred.
"Target incapacitated! Now retrieving," Bronski reported into his walkie-talkie, then waved his hands forward. Two teammates immediately put away their firearms and rushed forward with handcuffs and other tools.

The two soldiers worked together to cuff the unconscious Bruce Banner's wrists behind his back. By this point, almost all the soldiers felt the mission was accomplished.
Just as they let out a sigh of relief, a terrifying anomaly suddenly occurred.
With a muffled sound accompanied by screams that pierced the night sky, two soldiers were sent flying out of the darkness of the alley.
They flew a dozen meters through the air and slammed violently against a pillar behind Bronski.
A trickle of cold sweat slid down Bronski's forehead.
He turned to look and saw that his comrades, who had just been performing the mission with him, now lay piled up like two lumps of meat, clearly dead.
He looked further into the alley. In the darkness where Bruce Banner had been unconscious, a massive bipedal monster now stood.
"Everyone, open fire!" Bronski shouted calmly. He aimed at the huge figure and pulled the trigger while his other teammates followed suit.
For a moment, dense tranquilizer darts crisscrossed through the air and landed on the monster's body, but they all bounced back without exception and scattered across the ground like rubber bullets.
"Roar!"
The monster let out a thunderous roar. Its huge foot stomped down, pulverizing the tranquilizer darts on the ground. Under the streetlights, its true form was finally revealed.
"My God!" Bronski gasped. The sight before him was undoubtedly a monster.
A pair of eerie green eyes, a tall and bulky giant wearing black shorts, with rough and ugly green skin all over its body covered in bulging muscles and veins.
No one would question the terrifying power it contained.
It bared its teeth and let out an angry roar. It was practically born for battle, its aura thick and violent, far surpassing any other creature.
"General Ross. There's a green monster. What exactly is this?!" Bronski forced himself to stay calm.
"That's tonight's target, the Hulk," General Ross replied with a sigh through the tactical headset.
When he learned of the Hulk's appearance, he knew that the elite soldiers' operation had already failed.
"The Hulk..." Bronski did not have time to think too much.
The Hulk in front of him had already charged forward, shaking the ground with its strides. Anything that stood in its way seemed destined for destruction.
"Retreat quickly!" Bronski shouted as he turned and fled.
His teammate beside him reacted a beat too late and was scooped up by the Hulk's bare hands.
Bronski had seen all sorts of battlefields, but encountering such a monster was a first. He had just rushed out ten meters when a whistling sound suddenly came from behind him.
He looked back and saw the Hulk, in its rage, throwing its teammate's body as a weapon.
Bronski had no time to dodge and could only put up his hands to block. The force transmitted straight to his shoulder with no room to dissipate and instantly sent his body flying.
Bronski rolled several times on the ground, breaking an unknown number of ribs, and finally slammed into the wall, bloodied.
This was the Hulk. Its casual strength was measured in tons. Ordinary people were as small as ants before it, unable to withstand a single blow.
"Roar!!"
The Hulk roared several times in anger.
It took a few steps forward, approaching Bronski who lay twitching on the ground. It wanted to crush these little bugs that had angered it.
"Damn it!" Bronski's heart filled with fear as he tried to retreat, but with many broken bones, there was no escape.
The Hulk's expression was ferocious. Its huge fist hammered down towards Bronski.
