Chapter 357: May's Tyranitar
After Ash won the Verdanturf Contest, Ash's group set off on their journey again the next day, continuing their trek toward Petalburg City.
Not long after entering the forest, May suggested having a battle test with Tyranitar.

However, its momentum did not weaken; instead, it felt as though it was becoming more spirited the longer it fought.
Tyranitar was also quite injured; it really couldn't handle Fighting-type moves well.
But a fight is a fight, and not a single move could be spared. Tyranitar's internal Rock energy surged again, and sharp rocks surrounded it.
"Tyranitar!"
Stone Edge was activated, and these sharp rocks flew toward Combusken like bullets.
May did not rush to have Combusken attack, "Combusken, use Detect."
