Chapter 2 - 2. Amanda Seyfried

Leon took a deep breath, letting the pungent smoke fill his lungs to calm his racing heart and muddled thoughts.

That Amanda from just now was beautiful, incredibly beautiful, and she looked extremely familiar.

Thinking more carefully, wasn't that Amanda Seyfried, just younger than he remembered?

She was a Hollywood sweetheart.

With a face full of collagen, a hot body, and a youthful innocence, she definitely couldn't be older than nineteen right now!

However, Westerners tend to mature early; even at such a young age, she had everything she should, and she was full of womanly charm. Otherwise, Leon wouldn't have lost control last night.

The key was that he had been totally cheated! It wasn't me last night!

Leon wailed inwardly!

He suddenly thought of the warmth in the dream.

And that "pop" sound.

It felt like he had tasted a bit...!

Why was he thinking about this now!

Back to reality!

Who am I?

My name is Leon, from Cuba. I'm a top-tier stuntman with agile moves and a hardworking attitude; I have a pretty good reputation in the industry.

I remember very clearly,

In 2025, on the set of a war drama, we were filming an explosion scene.

As it turned out, the crew had hired some unknown special effects team that miscalculated the explosive yield. It was supposed to be a small-scale explosion, but the actual yield was three times what it should have been!

Then, the small explosion became a massive one.

Despite Leon's years of experience and agility as he tried to find cover at the last moment, it was ultimately in vain.

Leon's consciousness last lingered in a haze of scorching heat and tearing pain. When he woke up again and felt a sense of warmth, he was already lying in Amanda's bed.

"Ahh!—" Just then, a sharp pain suddenly shot through his head.

Leon couldn't help but let out a muffled groan. His body slid down against a utility pole until he sat on the ground, the cigarette dropping from his mouth.

A massive influx of memories belonging to another person rushed into his consciousness.

The eighteen years of life experiences of an American youth named Leon Williams began to forcibly merge with his soul.

This process caused Leon immense agony; cold sweat instantly broke out across his forehead. Only after a good while did the intense pain slowly recede.

Leon continued to sit there slumped, panting heavily with a hollow look in his eyes.

Leon recalled the experience of being chased just now.

He couldn't help but feel wronged!

He took the fall for someone else, almost got shot, and all for a romantic encounter he hadn't even enjoyed!

---

Leon muttered to himself, "So, from now on, I am Leon Williams."

[It's cliché I know. I kept the same name to make it easier to read.]

Leon Williams, just turned 18 this year, comes from a somewhat well-known family on the East Coast of the United States. His father is a minor tycoon, and his mother is an executive at an company.

He had a bit of a rebellious personality, yearning for freedom and dreaming of becoming a star. Because he fell out with his rigid and serious father, he took his savings after high school graduation and ran off to the dream factory of Hollywood alone, wanting to make a name for himself.

Normally, when a rich kid runs away like this, the plot should involve them being schooled by reality and then crawling back to apologize to his parents and enjoy his wealth once again.

Unexpectedly, over the past six months, Leon had actually been living quite comfortably, thanks to the handsome face God gave him and the strong physique he built through his love of sports.

As soon as he arrived in Los Angeles, he was spotted and signed by an agent from WMA, although he always felt this agent had ulterior motives toward him.

This agent had put a lot of effort into finding him quite a few resources.

Right from the start, he helped me find several supporting roles with lines in TV series, and I've also worked as a model and shot for a few magazines.

Although this life was worlds apart from his life before eighteen, Leon felt his future was bright now that he was free from family constraints.

As for how he met Amanda?

The memory was a bit fuzzy; it seemed like love at first sight at some industry party—or rather, lust at first sight?

Then Amanda, this young girl experiencing her first awakening of love, was completely smitten by this "bad boy from the East Coast." They were like dry wood and a raging fire, and one thing led to another until they hit the sheets.

The original Leon had been thinking with his groin and hadn't considered the consequences at all.

Now those consequences, in the form of a long gun, were being borne by Leon!

"I'm so wronged!" Leon wailed in his heart once more.

He felt his upper body, then he pulled open his pants to take a look. Hmm, he was fairly satisfied; he had the qualities of a true Casanova.

He thought, finding humor in his misery, that at least the physical hardware of this body was excellent.

This was probably the only bit of news that wasn't too bad after transmigrating? Bah! Why was he thinking about this at a time like this!

Leon gathered his emotions and began to take stock of the original owner's "inheritance."

In his wallet was a California driver's license. The blonde-haired, blue-eyed young man in the photo, though youthful, was indeed incredibly handsome. Name: Leon Williams.

There was also a credit card and a few crumpled bills, totaling less than a hundred dollars.

Additionally, there was a debit card that Leon remembered his mother giving him. There should be a lot of money in it, but Leon had been stubborn and didn't want to use it.

Wasn't that just pure stupidity?

A key for a Ford SUV, and several keys for the apartment and mailbox.

There was also a tank-like Nokia 3310 phone.

After Leon finished checking his belongings, he thought it best to return to his rented apartment first.

Relying on his memory, he stealthily circled back to the street near Amanda's house.

Under a large tree, Leon saw a nearly new ford explorer.

Leon quickly opened the door, got in, and started the ignition. The engine roared to life.

He took a deep breath, then stepped on the gas, quickly driving away from this place of trouble.

He drove toward the apartment in his memories.

About thirty minutes later, he arrived at the apartment building and parked the Ford in his designated spot.

Then he turned off the engine and pulled out the key. The car instantly became quiet, leaving only the sound of his own breathing.

Leon took a deep breath before pushing open the car door and stepping onto this unfamiliar ground.

A few steps away was his well-located apartment building.

Leon walked up the stone steps one by one, his footsteps feeling a bit heavy.

"Hey, Leon! Did you just get back?" a clear, energetic female voice rang out.

Leon instinctively stopped and looked up toward the sound.

A girl was walking out of the apartment building. Against the light, her silhouette was outlined somewhat hazily.

But when she stepped completely out of the shadows and stood under the porch, Leon felt his heart skip a beat.

He saw a beautiful young girl with a classic oval face and smooth, delicate skin.

She had a pair of charming almond eyes with light brown pupils; her gaze carried a natural vibrancy and curiosity.

Her nose was elegant, and the cupid's bow of her lips was perfect—full and well-proportioned. Even without any makeup, they naturally displayed a healthy pink hue.

And the most lethal part was when the corners of her lips curled up slightly, revealing deep dimples in her cheeks. Her infectious smile was so sweet that one couldn't look away.

[All the characters Leon will have sex with are over 18 years old]
