"Uh… this…" The administrative officer who rushed over immediately after receiving the call looked troubled.

Na'er timidly hid behind Su Qiu, peeking out with only half her small head, glancing fearfully at the officer.

Seeing such an adorable little girl afraid of him, the officer felt his heart shatter. With an awkward smile, he said, "Kid, are you sure this girl is lost? She isn't your sister, right?"

"Don't joke like that."

"Na'er, don't be afraid. This uncle is a good person." Su Qiu gently pulled Na'er forward. "The administrative officer will help you find your home."

"N-no…" Na'er grabbed the corner of Su Qiu's clothes even tighter, her fingers turning white from the grip.

Su Qiu couldn't help covering his face.

Seriously? Have you been hexed or something?

We just met for the first time, why are you clinging to me like this?

With no other choice, Su Qiu accompanied Na'er to the station. After cooperating with the officer through a round of investigation, he seized a moment when Na'er relaxed her guard and decisively slipped away.

He left behind only a heartbroken little girl, crying in the station as though she had just experienced her first heartbreak.

The officers panicked, trying helplessly to comfort her, but nothing worked. She only cried and shook her head repeatedly.

"Hah, trying to scheme against me? Not happening!"

Why Na'er had come to Eastsea City, why he had just happened to save her like a hero, and why she insisted on sticking to him,

none of that mattered anymore.

Su Qiu smirked inwardly.

"I don't care what plot this is. If I just stay far away from her, that solves everything."

Over the next few days, life remained peaceful.

Su Qiu trained forging under Mu Chen, occasionally teasing Mu Xi along the way.

After forging, he cultivated soul power instead of resting.

Once he finished resting, it was immediately followed by Su Wuyan's special training.

Days passed one after another, until the school term began.

Eastsea Junior Academy welcomed a little demon.

Outwardly a child but inwardly possessing the wicked thoughts of an adult, Su Qiu stepping into a crowd of children was like a devil child descending upon the world.

After entering the campus and familiarizing himself with the surroundings, he arrived at his classroom.

Eastsea Junior Academy divided students into ordinary classes and soul master classes. The only difference between the two was whether a child possessed soul power.

The soul master classes received better educational resources and were taught knowledge related to soul masters.

Naturally, Su Qiu entered the soul master class. His class contained thirty freshmen.

The moment he stepped inside, he saw the new students in complete chaos, chattering noisily as they asked each other about their martial souls and soul power.

The familiar noise gave Su Qiu a strange sense of nostalgia for his student days in his previous life.

He casually picked a seat near the window in the back row, truly at random.

Someone immediately came over. It was a chubby little boy.

"Hey, what's your martial soul?"

"Holy Sword."

"Wow…" The chubby boy had no idea what that meant but sounded impressed anyway. "Then what level is your soul power?"

Su Qiu answered honestly.

"Level 14."

Gasp!

Several nearby students turned their heads at once, inhaling sharply.

"You're bragging!"

The chubby boy refused to believe him.

"Full innate soul power is only level 10. How could you possibly be level 14?"

Su Qiu stopped talking. There was no point arguing with a bunch of kids.

"Hmph, if you don't want to say it, fine. Why brag?"

The chubby boy walked away and rushed toward another new student entering the classroom. "Hey, what's your martial soul?"

"G-Golden… Golden Dragon." The reply came in a soft, timid voice.

To Su Qiu's ears, however, it sounded like thunder.

He snapped his head around, eyes wide, his breathing halting for a moment.

At the source of the voice stood none other than Na'er.

"Golden Dragon? That's a strange name," the chubby boy continued. "What level is your soul power?"

Na'er didn't answer. She had already spotted Su Qiu and hurried over happily.

Without saying a word, she simply stood beside him like a bodyguard, lowering her head while twisting her fingers together.

So she really came for me?

Rubbing his temples in frustration, Su Qiu let out a long sigh. "Stop standing there. Sit behind me."

Hearing that, Na'er's violet eyes lit up. She immediately occupied the seat behind him, happily swinging her dangling legs back and forth.

"What exactly do you see in me?" Su Qiu began testing cautiously.

"Y-you smell… nice." Na'er blushed deeply, embarrassed by the direct question. "It feels… very familiar."

"Smell nice?"

Countless possibilities flashed through Su Qiu's mind as he tried to figure out what made him different enough to attract this little silver dragon.

The only unusual thing about him was his martial souls.

He first tried activating the Holy Sword slightly.

"Is it this?"

"Hm?" Na'er tilted her head in confusion, not understanding.

Seeing this, Su Qiu then activated the Holy Lance.

This time, Na'er instinctively leaned forward, almost pressing against him as though taking a deep breath of air.

"The Holy Lance, Rhongomyniad?" Su Qiu speculated. The only connection between the Silver Dragon King and the lance might be the element aspect.

He remembered that the Silver Dragon King governed the elements, while the Holy Lance's self-generated soul ring had granted him wind-element control.

Was that the reason? He wasn't sure.

Coming back to his senses, he glanced at Na'er, who had leaned close with her eyes closed and a blissful expression, and quickly suppressed the aura of the Holy Lance, covering her face with one hand to push her back.

Na'er was forced to lean backward, yet her hands still reached forward slightly, trying to get closer.

He more or less understood now.

It was likely the attraction of the Holy Lance, combined with the "hero-saving-the-beauty" bridge effect, that made Na'er fall for him at first sight.

"Sigh… Love gods. Sigh… Douluo Continent."

"You win."

She was only six years old!

And already this romance nonsense had begun.

Right now, Na'er was clearly just a genuine little girl who had lost the Silver Dragon King's memories.

If she were the ancient Silver Dragon King with her memories restored, he might reluctantly accept it.

But this six-year-old child? Absolutely not.

He was not a lolicon!

For the rest of the idle time before class began, the cycle continued:

Na'er leaned closer, Su Qiu pushed her away.

She leaned closer again, he pushed her away again.

Back and forth, until the teacher finally entered the classroom.

"Hello everyone, I am your homeroom teacher, Li Xiaoyun."

After writing her name on the blackboard, Li Xiaoyun tried to make her voice as gentle as possible. This year's class contained two extremely extraordinary children.

"For the next three years, I will be teaching you the fundamentals of soul master knowledge."

"Now, please introduce yourselves, your name, martial soul, and innate soul power."

There were thirty students in the class, and introductions went quickly, faster and faster with each student, as if they had somehow turned it into a competition of speaking speed.

Li Xiaoyun could only laugh helplessly.

Soon it was Su Qiu's turn. Unlike the others, he spoke at a normal pace.

"Su Qiu. Martial souls: Sword of Promised Victory and The Lance That Shines to the End of the World. Innate soul power: level 10."

Well, actually, it was because the names were too long to say quickly.

The classroom erupted in chatter.

The martial soul names sounded incredibly cool, and innate full soul power also surprised everyone.

The chubby boy curled his lips. See? He knew it, earlier it had been bragging. How could it possibly be level 14? In front of the teacher, he finally told the truth.

Completely unaware of the difference between innate full soul power and current soul power level.

Soon it was Na'er's turn.

Under the attention of the entire class, she stood up nervously.

Too afraid to raise her head, she kept glancing downward at an angle, her hands gripping the corner of her clothes as she twisted them anxiously.
