Their civilization was at 1.21 on civilization scale level
With enormous resources and their utilization at their palms
But,
Even with high level technology
They cannot do more than endure the Universe fury
Which is why they built

S – Survival & Security

To protect themselves from Meteors rain
Wherever the meteors struck,
It is obvious that they caused Massive damage to that area
And with ever increasing casualties
Which is why this system is installed and protocols are implemented in almost every country in the world
With more than 269 out of more than 330 countries
And other remaining countries either they have their own systems because to operate MUSK the countries have to purchase operating license and resources from the country which built it

Or either they don't care about civilians because obviously rich and influential peoples can do something with their connections and wealth
But even with all this,
Majority of Peoples don't seek shelter because of ' other ' 2 main reasons-
1 - You need to buy the staying rights in the shelter and it is not sure if you even get one
It is like a lottery / gacha
2 - Many peoples think the news are exaggerated as before also meteors flies away from the orbit , and even if they get into shelter
It is not certain if they are safe as meteors can struck at shelters and casualties can even occur at 1st layer of underground shelter
After reading the Emergency alert
Yu Fang walked to the balcony stairs and reached the rooftop of the old countryside mansion
His mansion was not big of a mansion
But Bigger than a Villa
And was at high altitude from where he can view very far till the Sea
He looked at the sky,
The clouds were clearing apart.
Something was coming down.
Not one.
But Thousands.
The ground shook like land is separating apart
The high tides were forming
Volcanic eruptions across the world
It was like the scene dinosaurs saw at their last breath
All humanity were watching the sky, their faces pale as all blood in body is gone
Thinking of their fate which is only in hands of the-
' GOD '
Nobody had thought of this,
Ever before in history,
These many meteors were not seen ever
Many people were watching
Many were regretting,
Many were at entrance of the shelter trying to do anything in their power to enter
To stop them, soldiers warned them but at times like this who cares about warning
So, soldiers did what upper hands ordered them to,
started firing and killing innocent peoples who were only trying to save them and their families,
That scene was a total massacre, blood , flesh, body parts everywhere
Soldiers retreated because of high population trying to force in and closed off the gates,
Left the civilians to their death
And here,
Yu Fang not giving a shit to the upcoming doom and caring to save himself,
Opened both his hands and stretched them like wings,
Welcoming death,
like his favorite anime character pose
He closed his eyes,
And then,
"BOOM "
