Li Ruobing's eyes instantly reddened at the sight of that familiar figure.
Forgetting the wild, untamed fierceness in her bones, her long legs propelled her forward with explosive force, launching her like a cannonball straight from the balcony.
Thud.
Li Ruobing landed steadily right in front of Qin Yu, without even a running start, and threw herself at him.
Her legs locked tightly around his waist, her arms clinging fiercely to his neck.

Li Ruobing, her face flushed, released her bite and glared at him.
"None of your business! I like dressing this way!"
Though her words were defiant, she obediently slid down from Qin Yu, her beautiful eyes fixed intently on his face.
When she saw the scar on Qin Yu's face, burned by an electric arc, a flicker of heartache passed through her eyes.
"How did you get this scar?"
Qin Yu waved a dismissive hand.
"Leftover from dealing with a few clueless trash. It's nothing."
At that moment, Elena also leaped down from the second-floor balcony, landing steadily before Qin Yu.
Her golden hair danced in the red sandstorm, her breathtakingly beautiful face unable to conceal her excitement.
She dropped to one knee, right fist pressed firmly against her chest in a perfectly executed Valkyrie Corps salute.
"Valkyrie Corps Commander Elena, reporting for duty."
"This planet, I have conquered it for you."
Qin Yu looked at the golden-haired beauty before him and strode forward quickly.
He grasped Elena's shoulders and unceremoniously hauled her to her feet.
"I've said it before, my women don't kneel."
Elena nodded emphatically, stepping back to Qin Yu's side, as docile as a tamed Persian cat.
Yao Xue and Yao Qian now approached as well.
Yao Qian threw herself directly into Li Ruobing's embrace, tears falling in big drops.
"Ruo Bing, it's so good you're safe. My sister and I missed you so much."
Li Ruobing casually ruffled Yao Qian's hair, then glanced at Yao Xue, whose demeanor had grown even colder.
"What's there to cry about? Your big sister here can strut sideways through the central district."
Li Ruobing pointed at the thugs kneeling around them, trembling in fear.
"See this? All territory I've conquered for that bastard Qin Yu!"
Yao Xue smiled faintly and stepped forward to take Li Ruobing's hand.
"Ruo Bing, you're still as strong-willed as ever. As long as we can all be together again, nothing else matters."
The women gathered, chattering away about their recent experiences.
Meanwhile, Qin Yu turned around, retrieved a cigar from his system space, and Old K immediately scurried over like an eager dog to light it.
"Hah—"
Qin Yu exhaled a thick cloud of smoke, his gaze sweeping like a blade over the more than three thousand captives in the square.
Those prisoners trembled under his stare, burying their heads even lower.
Even that invincible fleet in the sky had been instantly annihilated by him—how could lowly ants like them dare entertain even a hint of resistance?

Qin Yu abruptly crushed the cigar butt under his foot.
"My word is absolute law."
"Work hard, and I'll give you a bite to eat."

Qin Yu sneered, pointing up at the massive black warship blotting out the sky.
"...and those fifty warships up there will be your fate!"
"Do you understand?!"
The three thousand captives trembled violently, none daring to hesitate.
They frantically kowtowed, howling hysterically.
"We understand! We pledge our lives to Master Qin!"
"We pledge our lives to Master Qin!"
The roar shook the heavens, filled with pure terror and submission.
Qin Yu nodded in satisfaction.
He turned, wrapping one arm around Li Ruobing's slender waist and taking Elena's hand with the other.
"Old K, take some men and take over the defense systems of the lord's mansion. Transfer all anti-aircraft artillery permissions to the Tyrant's AI."
"Su Tian, have the warships stand by in low orbit, with Radars fully active. Not even a fly gets through."
"Yes, boss!" the two shouted in unison.
Qin Yu turned to the stunning beauties beside him, a somewhat wicked smile curling at the corner of his mouth.
"Come, my women."
"Let's go inside so I can thoroughly inspect how much you've... improved during this time."
Li Ruobing's cheeks flushed red, and she pinched the soft flesh at Qin Yu's waist hard.
"Ugh! You jerk, your mind is always in the gutter!"
Elena licked her red lips, a flash of fervor in her eyes.
"As you wish, Commander."
Yao Xue and Yao Qian exchanged a smile and followed closely behind Qin Yu.
